Revealing mistake: During the scene when Mr. Lyle is talking to the General (butcher character), his glove that he wears on his hand is removed to make a point about his thumb having been cut off. In the next shot, we see Mr. Lyle walking around the desk and putting his glove back on, and you can see his thumb folded under his hand as if the actor was trying to hide it and did not realize it could been seen from the camera angle.
Revealing mistake: Throughout the entire series there is one staircase upstairs and two downstairs. And, they more than likely are not the same staircase because the two downstairs are on opposite ends of the house.
Revealing mistake: When Amanda and Fin are in Atlanta following up on their rape case, they walk past several cars with visible Georgia license plates mounted on the front. Georgia is a rear plate-only state and wouldn't have had license plates mounted on the front of the cars, as shown here. (00:13:30 - 00:16:20)
Revealing mistake: When Connor and Cameron are trying to save Derek Reese from the police truck, Cameron walks on the Jeep's hood to jump onto the police truck. During her walk, we can see that it isn't Cameron but a stunt double. She doesn't look like Cameron and is a bit taller. (00:33:05)
Revealing mistake: The phone message that Ryan leaves on Luke's voicemail is different to what he originally said, which is "I want to make sure you took care of it. Take care of it," but the message recorded is, "I'm just calling to make sure you took care of it. Take care of it." Also the background sounds from the club - the music, people talking, etc, are missing.

Revealing mistake: If you look at Professor Youens' left foot when he is lying on the couch you will notice a chroma key error - half his foot is almost eaten by the carpet. (00:19:15)

Revealing mistake: Dr. Charles reads the patient's chart. Near the bottom, it says, "Is this enough filler? My hand hurts." (00:19:30)
Revealing mistake: When Adler fights with David close to the detonator just before his second transformation, the shots are filmed too close. It makes it really obvious that a stuntman is replacing David for most of the fight.
Revealing mistake: When Harrow and Nicholls are in what is supposed to be Queensland Police Headquarters, a window is visible with logos for Radio National and Triple J behind them. This shows that the scene was recorded at the offices of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. (00:31:04)
Revealing mistake: The eyes of the actor playing Gideon the robot can be seen through the eye slits of the robot mask in some shots.
Revealing mistake: When Harvey Bullock and Jim Gordon enter the apartment of the arsonists, as Bullock approaches the bodies, you can see one of the actor's eyes close, despite the fact he is supposed to dead. (00:20:10)

Revealing mistake: About twenty minutes into the episode, Tru sits down next to Jen. Jen says, "I saw you in line in the cafeteria." Tru, with her hands at her sides, says, "Tru." Jen says, "Jen," and raises her hand to shake, at which point Tru reciprocates. But how did Jen know that Tru was introducing herself? After all, pretty much nobody else is named Tru, so in context it would have sounded like Tru was saying, "True," as in, "True; you did see me in the cafeteria."
Revealing mistake: When Copper is talking to Sam in the lobby, Cooper pulls out his phone to cancel his lunch date with Charlotte for that same day and his phone is time stamped as 7:35pm. (00:16:25)

Revealing mistake: When they find victim #2 in the woods covered in leaves, in almost every shot of her you can see her breathing - leaves moving up and down. In the closeup of her neck, you can see her swallow.
Revealing mistake: When the underwater camera breaks the surface in what is supposed to be open ocean, the domed roof of a Hawaiian aquatic theme park building is visible in the background.
Unreal City - S2-E1
Revealing mistake: When Chandler and the others make it to the building where the bodies are being burned, the actor playing a corpse flips his hand over to hold onto the conveyor belt as he goes over the edge. (00:16:05)
