Episode #1.4 - S1-E4
Revealing mistake: The tabloid story with the plight of the Latimers just came out, and various characters are looking at it. In the bit when David Tennant tosses on the desk his copy of the Herald, the second paragraph of the second column goes "Sitting in the family home, surrounded by pictures and mementos of Danny" etc. It is the same text that was at the very beginning of the article when the store owner was looking at it. The newspaper is a prop with the same text in a loop. (00:35:00 - 00:36:30)
Chapter 13 - S1-E13
Revealing mistake: Zoe's phone "rings." The phone can be seen flipping the image from horizontal to vertical, something that only happens with pictures, not calls. This, plus the static effect in the "slide to unlock" reveals that it is not a real call but a screenshot made for the scene. (00:19:39)
Revealing mistake: Not long into Sarah's phone call to Rachel telling her P.T. Westmorland's real age/name, Sarah's phone is not actually in call mode.
Revealing mistake: A celebrity locks himself in a room and won't come out. Bridgette boots the door in with her foot and it swings open. When the door is open there is no lock visible. (00:19:30 - 00:20:00)

Revealing mistake: When Falcon puts on the first Parker Pack, he reacts as if his feet are being burned, but there's only a cloud of smoke in the next shot - a close-up on his shoes.
Slouching Towards Bethlehem - S2-E8
Revealing mistake: When Kenya is being held at gunpoint the pistol pointed at her has a visible seam running up the grip and the back of the slide. It's a plastic prop.
