Revealing mistake: As Bunk is ordering ballistics to rush comparisons, the dead bodyguard is breathing during the scene. (00:01:55)
Revealing mistake: The actor that played Barney Miller, Hal Linden, was left handed and did everything left handed. However, they always put his gun on his right hip with the handle facing the right. A lefty cannot conveniently pull the gun this way.
Suggested correction: Hal Linden writes with his left hand, however he uses his right for many things. He ate with his right hand (in Graft), and in the episode where Fish thinks he needs to retire, Barney pulls his gun with his right hand.
Revealing mistake: At one point when Alan's phone rings (Nokia 8310) he answers it and talks to the caller yet it's obvious he isn't talking to anyone. He blatantly presses the red/cancel button to answer the call. The image hadn't been reversed though, because he pressed the exact same button to end the call.
Delenda Est - S3-E11
Revealing mistake: When Dylan and Tyr head to a bridge where supposedly the power source is located as well as Rommie, they start to cross the bridge. As the camera is facing Dylan and Tyr, the next scene two aliens teleport in. Rewind the video to facing Dylan and Tyr and play in slow motion. Watch the bottom portion of the screen and notice the top portion of one of the alien's head go into the camera as if the aliens walked into position for the teleportation.
Revealing mistake: When Lizzy is playing the piano-forte at Rosings for Mr. Darcy and Colonel Fitzwilliam, her arm movements show that the actress isn't trying to make it look like she's playing the instrument at all.
Revealing mistake: When the coward is being branded using a red hot poker, you can see that the metal 'C' hasn't been heated at all when it is brought next to his face. Compare it to when they tested it on a piece of wood beforehand. The poker is also covered in a really fake-looking red paint. (02:02:55)
Revealing mistake: The car that goes over the cliff is at least ten years older than the car it's supposed to be - the 1957 Plymouth Fury that Diamond was driving. It's obviously old 1940s stock footage.
Revealing mistake: At the start of every episode, during the credits, you can see the shadow of the helicopter filming the aerial scenes.
Revealing mistake: Reapers look 'different' in reflections and recordings, yet sometimes you can catch them with 'normal' reflections, eg. Rube in the diner window.
Forever Red - S1-E34
Revealing mistake: When TJ "Shift's into Turbo" He misses the morpher with his key. The key goes behind his arm.
Revealing mistake: Abe Lassen's hair color changes throughout the episode.
Revealing mistake: In the episode when ACO Bulstrode is looking at the newspaper cut-out of the appliance crash (the one that Bayleaf was involved in), look closely at the cut-out. The whole article consists of the same paragraph written twice. Seemed the producers were too lazy to write a full article, hoping no-one would notice.
The Story of a Divorce - S1-E14
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Reba and Parker kiss outside the restaurant, you can see creases in the scenery backdrop behind Reba.
The Case of the Wayward Wife - S3-E13
Revealing mistake: Perry and Della step into an elevator but there is no line in the floor between the floor they are on and the elevator floor. It's continuous.
Revealing mistake: When Rachel and Adam first meet, their cars crash in the car park. In the shot where they both get out of their cars, you can see a dry patch of ground under Rachel's car, but the rest of the area is wet. Why would that space be dry, if Rachel just crashed and it isn't raining heavily at the time?
Revealing mistake: When the couple is breakfasting in Brooklyn their mugs are empty.
Revealing mistake: When we first see the army of Starks outside Global Dynamics, it's quite obvious that only one of them is actually the actor that plays Stark; the others are merely people who look similar.
Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman - S1-E1
Revealing mistake: While Dr. Mike is riding in the wagon with Charlotte and her children, when Charlotte says, "I'd like to ring Sully's neck," a vehicle is visible behind Charlotte's head driving toward the left side of the screen. (00:20:05)
Revealing mistake: Dead lady blinks when Barnaby enters the room.
