A New Day in the Old Town - S2-E1
Other mistake: The killer from another dimension shape shifts into the appearance of the victim, leaving the victim's body. But it transforms into Charlie's appearance and leaves behind its former female nurse shape, hiding Charlie's body to dispose of later. It would have needed to transform from the nurse shape, not out of nothing. The original nurse's body was not at that location.
Suggested correction: The shapeshifter transformed into Charlie using his dead body which it then disposes of at the end of the episode.
But when the shapeshifter transforms into Charlie, he shouldn't be leaving the body of the nurse behind since he had killed the nurse before entering the hospital and transformed there into her. The only dead body in that last scene should be Charlie's.
Destiny (2) - S1-E22
Other mistake: When Max heals Kyle's bullet wound, the blood disappears from Kyle's t-shirt, but blood from Liz's bullet wound in the pilot episode stained her waitress uniform and did not disappear when she was healed by Max.
Other mistake: Miss Fisher takes a handwritten phrase in "ancient" Hebrew to one of the main characters to be translated. The writing is actually in cursive Hebrew and is properly written. While performing the translation however, the "expert" translator holds the writing upside down. He also follows the writing with his finger from left to right. Hebrew is written from right to left. Other mistake: During the scene (towards the end of the episode) when Horatio's young wife Marisol dies, there are two worthy mentions. First is when we see Horatio walk into Marisol's room, there is a doctor present but the two do not speak. Horatio speaks to Marisol at the side of her bed and they joke about their supposed date later that night, and her speech seems fine. A few seconds later while holding her hand, we hear the "flat line" and Marisol passes away. About two seconds after we hear the flat line, the camera angle shows Marisol still turned toward Horatio, her chest still moving to breathe. A split second after that though, the camera angle now shows Marisol face up in the bed, presumably dead. Second issue and perhaps most importantly - Marisol was young, and a gunshot victim who had been in stable condition just the day before. Even if her condition had turned more critical, it seems almost impossible that as soon as she flat lined, there still would not have been immediate resuscitation attempts or calls for a resuscitation team, especially with a doctor who was already in the room.
Other mistake: When the German soldiers are on the radio alerting other German units of Americans in a captured German tank, they are using the English word "tank"- the Germans should be using the word "panzer", instead.
Other mistake: When Agent Wells tells the White House they need to alert the Pentagon that Lozano is inside the Pentagon, she is told "it's already done, they are locking down the building right now." Then, later in the same episode, we see Lozano use a key card to easily pass through the building. (00:15:45 - 00:21:15)
Other mistake: In the two scenes that occur at Lucky's base in Iraq, it is quite obvious the writers did not do much research about the Army in Iraq now, or the Army in general. Alcohol is not allowed on any US base anywhere in the Middle East during the current conflict, and this is true for all branches of the military. Even if Lucky did manage to procure contraband alcohol, he would not drink it openly, because an MP would arrest him within minutes. If he appeared in his Sergeant's tent drunk, he would be arrested, and severely disciplined, probably demoted. No one on a US base would be known as a habitual drunk, because anyone found drunk more than once would be either sent back to the states for rehab, or dishonorably discharged. Also, in the US Army, Sergeants are never addressed as "Sir." This is one of the very first things a new recruit learns at Basic Training, and it is drilled into him. It is extraordinarily unlikely that a soldier would slip up and call a sergeant "Sir" once, let alone repeatedly, as Lucky's buddy does. After the first time, the Sergeant would correct him.
Other mistake: When the old well needs filling in, for safety reasons, Ryan is breaking up bricks. If you are filling up a well, first, you'd need lots of bricks and stones, heaps more than Ryan's small pile, and, two, why does Ryan have to break up the bricks? They're going into the well - it doesn't matter if they are big or small.
Other mistake: The fire at the used cars dealership recycles several shots from the petrol station fire in Series 6 episode 7. These include shots of burning petrol on the ground and a Renault car with the registration mark B649 CLY exploding.
Day 2: 5:00 A.M.-6:00 A.M. - S2-E22
Other mistake: In the beginning of the episode when the show is starting and the credits are rolling, instead of Billy Burke the credit is shown as Billy Gurke.
Other mistake: With power out Magnum somehow lights the gas stove with the knob, which is electric. Should have used a match. (00:26:40)
Other mistake: Throughout the episode, including the very first shot, we see the sun is shining brighter and hotter than usual. This lends credibility to the theory that Superman's powers are responsible for increased solar activity. Later on in the episode it is revealed that the heatwave is being orchestrated by Lex Luthor, who is is heating an underground river to coincide with Superman using his powers. Lex does not however have any control of the weather, and no explanation is offered for why the weather conveniently 'played along' with his plan.
Other mistake: At the beginning of the episode, when the mermaid goes underwater, she holds her breath.
Other mistake: Gus is talking to his employee about the twins while writing something on a clipboard. However, he is using the opposite end of the pen and just pretending to write. (00:14:40)
Other mistake: Archie goes out to the outside front porch to paint it. At the end of every show, the house they show doesn't have an outside front porch.
Other mistake: For secret agents, Sydney and Dixon are not very dedicated to secret identities. At several points they refer to each other by their real names in front of other people while they are under aliases. Examples include The Confession party and The Coup Las Vegas scenes.
Other mistake: When Cory and Shawn are auditioning for "Guys" and they're talking about the first person they pick, Cory says,"He's shorter than me and..." but after they pick both guys and he's talking to them, you can see that Cory is the shorter one.
Other mistake: 1967: Burke mangles his line to Vicky, and instead of telling her to get off her history kick, says, "I just think you should get off that hickory stick for a while."
Other mistake: When Rube is searching the hard-copy (paper) archives, the young man with him opens the last box and pulls out an old "Wanted" poster with Rube's face on it. He tells Rube "This guy looks just like you." Since season 1, episode 1, we've known that Grim Reapers don't look like they did when they were alive (i.e., Millie/Un-George). Yet somehow, Rube has not changed since his life/death.
Other mistake: When they show the comic book and Hiro looks up the artist's address, it is listed as 215 Reed St. 7. The door to the artist's loft says his address is 681. (00:01:10)
