Other mistake: In season 5 episode 7, Tony is talking about JFK, and said he was in grammar school when it happened. However, in this episode Tony celebrates his 47th birthday. He was probably born in 1960, so he would have been no more than 3 years old and not in grammar school when JFK was president. (00:26:36 - 00:38:02)
The Lion Sleeps Tonight - S8-E18
Other mistake: At the beginning of the episode, when Meredith, Derek and Zola see the lion crossing the street in front of the car, the lion roars and it is clear that the lion is not missing any teeth. However, later in the episode, Richard removes a tooth that had gotten lodged in the male mauling victim's arm. The victim was the lion's owner and the attack happened in his house, so by the time the lion was out the tooth should already be missing.
Other mistake: Carrie the assistant brings Lisbon and Jane to Stutzer's office. She swipes her card to open the door. However, she does this upside down, swiping the bar-code instead of the black magnetic strip, on which she is holding. (00:09:30)
Other mistake: Throughout the whole show there are several shots of submarines, aircraft carrier landings, chopper flights that are exactly the same in different episodes.
Other mistake: When Mrs. Bennet is thanking Col. Forster for his kindness to Lydia for taking her to Brighton, the camera pans out while Mrs. Bennet is still speaking. If you look at Mrs. Bennet and Col. Forster from that shot, it shows Col. Forster speaking to Mr. and Mrs. Bennet at the same moment. Mrs. Bennet could not possibly be speaking at that time.
Other mistake: When Marty deposits $906,352.17 into his account, it shows a previous balance of $15,736.42. After the deposit, it shows $932,088.59, but that is incorrect. It should show $922,088.59.
Other mistake: Guest star Eric Stoltz is credited as Eric Stolitz.
Other mistake: John is promoted to Oberst Gruppenfeuhrer and assumes the uniform of such. He is soon after promoted to interim Reich Marshal. And then he is subsequently fully promoted to Reich Marshal. But he continues to wear the rank insignia of an Oberst Gruppenfeuhrer.
Suggested correction: John does eventually put on the insignia befitting a Reichsmarschall. It's safe to assume he didn't immediately put it on, either because it took a short time to produce new insignia and send it to him (they wouldn't stock insignia for a rank only a few people hold), or because he was still only acting Reichsmarschall.
In the Shadow of Z'ha'dum - S2-E16
Other mistake: In this episode, a simple light frequency modulation enables Sheridan to briefly see the Shadow creatures. But because J. Michael Straczynski decided that this was just "too easy," the technique was "accidentally on purpose" forgotten about for subsequent episodes. If the Shadows had somehow learned to adapt and remain invisible, lines to this effect would have been written in. JMS deliberately chose to "conveniently forget" about it instead. (00:40:00)
The Debt (2) - S3-E7
Other mistake: At the end when it shows that Xena did kill the "green dragon", you can see his eyes move when the camera pans around his face to show the hair clip in his temple.
Kingdom Come - S1-E6
Other mistake: At the start of chapter 12 in the episode "Kingdom Come," Frank returns home via taxi. In front of his house in Seattle, WA, there is a blonde woman walking a Rottweiler dog. This same blonde and Rottweiler can be seen walking by the crime scene in San Francisco in the "Gehenna" episode.
Other mistake: As the Auron pilot's ship is being brought aboard, a bad scratch on the special effects film briefly creates a large black gash on the hull of Servalan's whale-shaped spaceship. (00:03:05)
Other mistake: Twelve seconds into the intro, the shot of the store with the name Adrian Grenier above it is mirrored. Notice the reversed lettering in the signs. (00:00:10)
Suggested correction: Does something in the intro count as a mistake? Even still, the signs could be facing the inside of the store on purpose, making it look like a reverse image from the outside. Just to the right of the store with Adrian Grenier's name on it, we see a sign for Pizza displayed correctly.
I would say, for this type of intro, it should be considered a mistake. I'd call it an "other mistake" as it wasn't done deliberately. There's no way the reversed imaged signs point into the store. The photo store has a solid sign that's not inward facing, with the word "Kodak" flipped. The neon signs facing outwards are also flipped. And the pizza signs are also incorrect. The p and z's are flipped as well.
You're absolutely correct, I do see the reverse print on the photo store. Oddly enough, one of the pizza signs is displayed correctly, however.
Other mistake: In the guest star credits, Shelly Cole's given name is misspelled "Sherry."
Other mistake: When T.J. types in his height instead of Floyd's while searching for his dad's date on the computer, he never pressed the "Enter" key.
Other mistake: In the episode "The Mating Game," Ashley states, "Terry, sorry about last night." Unless she was with Jimmy and Ashley, because she is referring to when Ashley yelled at Terry. But that was 2 days ago, so why is she saying "last night" when it was 2 days ago?
Your Time Is Gonna Come - S4-E1
Other mistake: In the scene where Jude is recording "Ultraviolet" in the studio, she sings, "I don't care if it burns my eyes," while the actual lyric in the song is "I don't care if it hurts my eyes." Having just performed this exact song at the beginning of the show, it's highly improbable that she would forget the lyrics.
Other mistake: When Hannah/Belle is talking to her "agent" you can see the escort website and Belle's "Enjoy List", a list of acts she is willing to perform, on the agent's computer, however some of the items on that list are mistakes. 1) She has (pardon the language) "cum in mouth" marked with an x for no; but has snowballing marked with a check for yes (you can only see half of it but it is a checkmark not an X). This is a contradiction because snowballing involves "cum in mouth". 2) She has a no marked for "moresomes" yet she does "moresome" as evidenced by the foursome in Episode 7. 3) Belle is so concerned over someone discovering her profession that she worries in the first episode the escort website's pictures aren't pixellated enough to conceal her identity; yet she has both being photographed and being filmed marked as yes.
Other mistake: Hawk gets a mohawk, but his hair was too short to style it like that.
Suggested correction: The mohawk was not a prop, but the actual hair of the actor they shaved off and mended together for him.
That is true, it was the actor's actual hair, but in the realm of the show, Eli's hair was not long enough to style that large of a mohawk out of it.
Other mistake: During Pacey's phone call to Joey at the end of the episode, Pacey lies about being on a fishing trip and mentions having caught a "91 pound marlin" which is a pretty big fish. This doesn't make sense for him to say that, as a fish that large would be noticably missing when he and Doug returned home. And they wouldn't have likely thrown a fish that large back into the sea. It would reveal he was lying if he returned home without the fish.
