The Countess - S1-E4
Revealing mistake: When the car falls off a cliff at the end, it's an entirely different looking model with different headlights (square vs round), and empty (at least nobody in the passenger seat for sure). (00:46:30)

Revealing mistake: While Holmes and Watson are investigating the crime scene, there is a shot of them that shows the dead man's hand. His hand is visibly shaking, revealing the actor is struggling to maintain the position of his hand.

Revealing mistake: Every phone call in the show, the phones never show the correct screen. Either it is glitching behind their ears or it's the home screen.

The Affair - S1-E4
Revealing mistake: The attempt on Rodriguez's life is quite phony looking; leaving aside the trope of a person who wants to avoid being murdered by a car by trying to outrun it instead of getting out of the way (the first semi-POV of the car does a terrible job at that, since the car looks much closer to The Victim and slower than it should be, and wide room for Rodriguez to escape sideways), the impact does not happen and the stuntman jumps into a pile of garbage without anything remotely close to connecting. (00:32:00)

The Royal We - S3-E2
Revealing mistake: On the RV of the guy being accused of molesting the girls, someone has written "PERVERT" in red spray paint. At a point you see Lightman next to a car, and the RV in the background, and the text is mirrored reading: "TREVREP", showing that during editing, this shot was flipped. (00:15:30)

Sweet Johnny - S4-E5
Revealing mistake: The air mattress embedded in the ground that cushions their fall, and the curly hair and face of the stuntman for Earl are quite obvious when Earl and Sweet Johnny hit the ground.

The Delivery - S7-E6
Revealing mistake: Eddie's bar has just burned down, and everything is ruined. However, the glasses above the bar are pristine and clean. At the very least, they'd be blackened and smeared by the smoke and soot, even if the heat of the fire hadn't destroyed them. (00:10:28)

The Case of the Missing - S1-E1
Revealing mistake: WPC Softly leans on a model building in Rammel's office, causing it to collapse by stages. The wire that is being pulled to make the model collapse can be seen to the right of the model. (00:21:00)

Revealing mistake: When Kojak drives to the store where the hostage situation takes place, the side mirror of the interior view does not match the car he arrives in. The footage is also noticeably sped up at the last turn, when he passes by a Delicatessen window and a Rent-a-car sign. (00:09:30)

Revealing mistake: The doctors remove a bullet from Elliot's abdomen and place it in a metal medical dish. The bullet appears to be a 9mm or a 9mm short however it has no striations. When a bullet is fired it goes through the barrel picking up the land and grooves of the bore. The bullet should have spirals, this one looks brand-new, like it was just purchased to reload ammunition. (00:48:30 - 00:49:00)

Insane in the Germ Brain - S4-E11
Revealing mistake: Near the end of the episode, a zombie hating teenager barges into the church to assassinate brother love. He ends up shooting a choir member instead. Although the gun goes off, blood splatters as if it were a head shot, and the man collapses, there is no point of entry. They forgot to CGI the headshot.

Revealing mistake: When the protagonist and Uncle Six battle on top of the escalator, Six gets thrown off, landing downstairs. Very much like a pro wrestling Irish whip, it's quite noticeable how the victim is running towards the move before he gets pulled, with a cut to try to hide the lack of any push from the other hand or forceful twist. (00:12:15)

The rightmost column has a headline "Children traumatized after ride of terror", and a sign ("by Lucy Moguire"). And yet, it begins like this; "With the population of the planet ever increasing, so does the demand on Earth's resources." It's a lazy copy and paste by the prop department, putting some global warming report as filler text. (00:27:40)

Revealing mistake: They are driving down the freeway when a shot reveals that the check engine light is on and it also looks as if the 'door open' warning light is illuminated. The latter is probably because the film crew have the rear door open for filming. (00:23:47)
