Revealing mistake: At the Brown Derby, when Lucy bumps into the waiter causing him to trip and spill the tray all over William Holden, we can see that the waiter's hand is taped to the bottom of the tray for the stunt to be done efficiently. (00:15:15)

Revealing mistake: When Kim and Gabby swing from the bar to kick the two villains, its obvious that Gabby kicked the guy in the knees, but he falls holding his chest. Plus Kim was a good 8-12 inches from her target and he fell anyway.
Revealing mistake: There are numerous times throughout the series where the supposed big city of Metropolis is actually just a back lot set and none of the buildings are more than a couple of storeys high. Quite often the green hills of Southern California can be seen beyond the set and between the buildings.

Revealing mistake: As Serena gets hit by the pie her real blonde hair shows underneath, also, she wears minimal make-up for the only time.
Revealing mistake: Before Jason Dean is shot outside the penthouse, Phoebe is waving her hands trying to convince him that the world is not real and you can already see blood on her fingers.
Revealing mistake: The stick of dynamite Brisco throws lands to the right of where the pyrotechnic for the dynamite explodes.
Revealing mistake: Shortly after the fight with Becky, Roseanne asks Jackie to go across the street to get her something to drink, so she can smoke in secret. After Roseanne lights the cigarette and walks near the register, Jackie's plaid coat can be seen in the door's window as she waits for the next scene.
Revealing mistake: When Victor is opening the padlock, sparks fly around in close ups. In the wide angle shots there are no sparks at all.
To Thine Old Self Be True - S7-E20
Revealing mistake: When Reagan drops her bag in the hallway when she is talking to Frasier, a lettuce rolls towards him. It didn't fall from her bag: if you look closely you can see it was tossed into the frame from just outside the camera view, obviously to ensure that it would land at Frasier's feet for the comic effect of him kicking it back to her.
Man's Best Friend Is Not His Dog - S4-E6
Revealing mistake: As Schultz holds Newkirk's hat during the search, you can see "Dawson" written on the inside band. This was to insure that Richard Dawson (Newkirk) always had the right wardrobe pieces.
A Man's Teeth Are Not His Own - S2-E13
Revealing mistake: When Rob is "playing" the piano none of the keys on the piano look to actually be pushed down. Also when he's scratching his back with each of his hands the notes on that same side of the piano are still played. He's not actually playing the piano. (Except for the last 2 notes or chords).
