Graduation - S5-E24
Factual error: In the episode Class Pre-Union, they were the class of 2000. In the episode Graduation, they were the class of 1998.
Factual error: When the boys are sent back to the Cretaceous era, they come across a leptictidium, a small, bipedal mammal they call "Leppy." Leptictidium were not around in the cretaceous, they didn't appear until around ten million years after the dinosaurs went extinct, in the early Paleogene. They also lived in Europe, not North America.
Chuck Versus the Fake Name - S3-E8
Factual error: When they first bring Grueber into Castle, Sara states that "he is one of five people who can hit a target from half a mile away." Half a mile is 880 yards. Basically every person who has graduated from (or likely everyone who has been selected for) sniper school in any military in the world should be able to do this. (00:05:20)
Point Blank - S2-E9
Factual error: In the scene where Mozzy is using a synthesizer to try and figure out the musical code, he starts playing random chords in frustration. Since the synthesizer is a Minimoog (a monophonic instrument) this is impossible. (00:12:45)
Factual error: They used an EpiPen to bring Liv back but they're holding it backwards. The way it's being held, Ravi would have injected himself instead of Liv and she wouldn't be revived.
Odd Man Out - S3-E6
Factual error: Near the end of the episode when Kevin and Paul are riding their bikes toward each other before they stop for a brief hello of sorts, Kevin rides past a couple cars parked on the street that were built in the early 1980's. A red Pontiac LeMans and a black Pontiac Grand Prix-both were parked in front of the 1969 Ford Thunderbird.
Factual error: In the opening sequence when Maddie is supposedly driving from Michigan through Ohio and back to Pennsylvania, you can very briefly spot the reflection of a "TD Canada Trust" in the car window. This is because the show is actually shot in Vancouver. In the United States the company is simply known as "TD Bank", which doesn't operate any branches in either Michigan or Ohio. (00:01:55)
Phoebe vs Max: The Sequel - S3-E1
Factual error: All the orange juice that sends Max flying through the air couldn't possibly be strong enough to do so. We already know that Max is pretty strong (The Girl with the Dragon Snafu).
For Men Only - S8-E9
Factual error: When Olivia (or whoever) is teaching Russell how to play the Nintendo game she tells him the controls and includes "C and D". The old Nintendo system had no C or D.
The Raffle - S3-E3
Factual error: When the Rockmmores turn the new TV on, the resulting light is impossibly bright. (00:06:20)
Crazy Love - S6-E1
Factual error: Carol and Frank leave for a romantic weekend and Dana begins to tutor Rich for a test in English Literature. When Frank and Carol return on Sunday Rich has not only studied for the test but also TAKEN the test and gotten the results back. How is that possible over a weekend?
Factual error: Throughout this episode, when Carrie talks about the functions of the left vs. right sides of the brain, she has them backwards. The right side of the brain is the creative side, the left is the logical one. Apparently, the writers liked the idea that the "right" side of Carrie's brain would ultimately lead her to do the "right" thing about Mr. Big, but that's not the case. Rational decision are made with the brain's left side. (But then again, Carrie never was very rational when it came to Mr. Big.).
Suggested correction: The right and left side being rational/ logical and emotional has been proven wrong. The brain works in a very complex manner and multiple parts on both sides are lit/ functioning when doing either a logical or an emotional task.
Heads Of Beef / Klub Katz - S1-E11
Factual error: In "Klub Katz" the captian yells "Iceburg, Iceburg, on the starboard side." But when you see the iceburg and the ship, the iceburg was about to hit the bow of the ship.
Factual error: Aphrodite's son and Psyche's husband is Eros, not Cupid. Venus's son is Cupid. (Eros is Greek and Cupid is Roman).
Factual error: Jack enters the tournament as a recognized white belt but he is scheduled to face Kim who is ranked as a black belt. Tournaments do not allow match ups between white and black belts; it's forbidden in all styles of martial arts.
It Wasn't Meant to Happen - S2-E20
Factual error: Gabrielle visits Dale, her adopted child's natural father, at his high school and interrupts a pep rally for the football team's upcoming game. Dale, the team's Quarterback, even says that in the last game, he threw for 260 yards. The problem is that it is spring. Dale has just returned from a week in Florida for Spring Break. Football season is over. Basketball season should be over or ending soon. There couldn't have been a pep rally if the season is over.
Factual error: The saboteur sabotages Raven's business by pouring lots of kernels in the popcorn machine. However, the saboteur pours the kernels into the glass holding box instead of the pot, so the kernels would not have heated up enough to cause the popcorn mountain.
Double Date - S1-E12
Factual error: Lane wants Rory to talk to Dean about setting up Lane with his friend Todd. While asking Rory to do this, Lane asks for the date to be planned for the following Sunday, after church; however, Lane is Seventh-day Adventist and they believe the Sabbath is Saturday and therefore attend church on Saturday, not Sunday. (00:04:45)
Suggested correction: Many Seventh-Day Adventist churches do actually hold church on Sunday.
Factual error: While the sales team break up the huddle in the parking lot to do sales calls, the camera zooms out and you see a palm tree in the background, but this show takes place in cold weather Pennsylvania. (00:16:25)
Save the Max - S2-E3
Factual error: When Zack is given the old newspaper with Mr. Belding's article, the headline reads, "Picture on pages 3 and 4." When he looks at the picture, he looks at the middle of the paper, with quite a few pages at both sides of the newspaper. Pages 3 and 4 would be near the front and would be on opposite sides of the same page.
