In the very next shot showing Luigi from behind, his hat has returned to green. (00:14:40)
Other mistake: After the teens leave the command center, Rita sees this and orders the creation of her Putties. Her henchman slaps down a few things of clay into a mold loosely, that then show the perfect figurines of the putties coming out of them. Continuity mistake: As the prisoners are being moved off the transport and are strapped to these large metal frames, the frames move along a railing in a fixed position to each other, and also have a chain linked between each one running along the railing. One of the prisoners recognizes Stanley and starts shouting when his frame breaks loose. The camera shows a close up of the bar connecting his frame to the railing as some parts break out of it before it falls, and the chain that is connecting them has vanished. (00:22:50)

The Catwoman from Channel Six - S2-E12
Continuity mistake: When Irma meets the disguised Turtles at the subway station, Irma speed-talks her explanation of April's situation. Mikey then tells Irma, "Rewind that and play it back at normal speed," as he raises his right arm, with his left hand in his trench coat pocket; the newsstand is missing in this closeup as well. It cuts to a wide shot, and now it's Mikey's left arm raised in the air (also note his orange wristband is missing).

Continuity mistake: Whilst the family are eating breakfast, in the first shot of the breakfast table, Beth has a glass of orange juice in front of her plate. In the next shot, the glass is to the right of her plate. Two shots after, the glass is suddenly more forwards on the table. Jerry's glass and knife & fork also move.

Polly Wants a Treasure - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Baloo and Kit walk through the Sea Duck's cargo area to try and find who they think is a stowaway, Baloo lifts a crate of fragile crystal glasses over his head. The crate rotates between shots, judging by its red "Fragile" stamp.
Soccer + Desi + Merchant + Titan - S4-E5
Other mistake: A spectator has a vuvuzela in his hand. This is a horn that emits a very loud monotone. It is common at soccer matches where he is. But what is he doing with it? He is looking through it as if it were a telescope. (00:32:05)
Suggested correction: Given that these are literal monsters and a witch living on the moon after being imprisoned for 10,000 years, I don't think we can say for certain what their machinery will do.
LorgSkyegon
This is speculating too much. Practically making the same argument that it's OK because magic. The general physics of what is being displayed on the screen doesn't match up with how the clay fits into the mold even in the slightest.
Quantom X ★
What Quantom is saying is that they are using a press die to create the mold for the putties and no matter how you look at it, the volume of clay going into the mold is not enough to create the detail seen on the putties.
Ssiscool ★
It's not just that, but the shapes don't match up at all. He does the equivalent of putting clay into a round hole and getting a square out of it.
