Continuity mistake: Spoiler! At the end of the episode, after Elektra decapitates Alexandra, the blood pattern on her changes changes when she turns around and asks "any questions?" Most noticeably more blood on her forehead and two streaks down her chin that suddenly appear. (00:49:10)
Continuity mistake: When Matt walks on the street beside the Stan Lee poster there is a white truck which disappears in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: While Danny and Matt are fighting, Luke walks towards them. In the background, Jessica has her hands in her jacket pockets. In the shot immediately afterwards, her arms are down by her sides. (00:06:30)
