Other mistake: In the cemetery scene, one of the tombstones is shaking due to the wind.
Other mistake: At New York ATC, the radar shows American Airlines Flight 11 disappearing over Manhattan, indicating that it has just crashed into the North Tower. This occurred at 8:46 a.m. Around a minute and a half later, Sgt. Jeremy Powell at NEADS directs the scrambling of fighter jets in search of American 11. He states that the time is "0846" (meaning 8:46) - should be 0847. (00:34:55 - 00:36:17)
Other mistake: When Lindbergh is forced to parachute out of a stalled plane near the beginning of the movie, the plane goes into a spin. It crosses the screen twice, first below Lindbergh's parachute and then above, indicating that Lindbergh is falling faster than the plane (which is possible, since the plane is spiraling rather than falling straight down). However (as indicated by the loud noise heard off-camera), the plane somehow manages to hit the ground first.
Other mistake: When Knut and Rolf leave Anna in the car on their way to plant the explosives on the ferry, they instruct her to wait no more than 2 hours for them. Once on the ferry, the earliest time seen on the alarm clocks is about 01:10 so we can assume that Knut and Rolf left Anna sometime before 01:00. When they return to the car after the explosives have been planted, you get a brief glimpse of Anna's watch which shows the time as 03:35; a full 2 hours 25 minutes after the 01:10 we saw on the clock yet Anna states that there are 9 minutes left. (01:44:06 - 01:53:57)
Other mistake: At the starting shoot out, a sniper using a 50 Caliber rifle takes a shot at a guy behind a car window and the bullet barely puts a set of cracks in the glass, and not even a visible hole. The weapon appears to be Barrett M107, a very powerful rifle. Other times during this shootout the rifle is seen blowing windows completely apart on other vehicles. (00:03:10)
Other mistake: Judy is singing on stage with some showgirls. She is singing into a wired microphone. At the end of the song she twirls around twice, but the microphone does not appear to get wrapped around her. (00:49:35)
Other mistake: Russ pours olive oil on a salad, says it is the best vinegar, and after the next cut he grabs the olive oil again.
Other mistake: When Cecil and Gloria are having their birthday celebration, before they are informed of Charlie's death, Cecil goes to the refrigerator to open a bottle of champagne. We hear the distinct pop of a cork from a bottle of sparkling wine, so we know he chose that bottle, but when he enters the living room a few seconds later, he is holding a glass of non-sparkling wine (no bubbles are visible).
Other mistake: The man who shows Kurt around the Dusseldorf Art Academy (and later becomes his friend) introduces himself as Harry Preusser, but during the end credits, his name is listed as Gunther Presseur. (01:54:25 - 03:04:00)
Other mistake: Fahrenheit asserts that Saddam's Iraq was a nation that "had never attacked the United States. A nation that had never threatened to attack the United States. A nation that had never murdered a single American citizen." The government of Iraq under Saddam permitted a terrorist named Abu Nidal who is certainly responsible for killing an American named Leon Klinghoffer to have Iraq as a safe haven; if Saddam Hussein funded suicide bombers in Israel, including one who did kill 5 Americans in one attack in 2003; if the Iraqi police - now this is not a murder but it's a plan to murder - to assassinate President Bush Sr. which at the time merited airstrikes from President Clinton once that plot was discovered; doesn't that invalidate the claim that the Iraqi government of Saddam never murdered an American or never had a hand in murdering an American.
Other mistake: Travers arrives in Los Angeles and is seen at the airport and the hotel a short time later with just a small suitcase and a smaller carry-on bag, yet she has far too many clothes-suits, dresses, skirts, sweaters, blouses, sleepwear, shoes, and other accessories-than could possibly fit in them. She is seen leaving L.A. with an additional suitcase, but the third one appears to be one that is just used for carrying the big Mickey Mouse stuffed toy she takes back to London.
Suggested correction: There's nothing saying that she had to have taken all those clothes with her. It's possible that she had more clothes sent on afterwards. Maybe the extra clothes belonged to the hotel/studio etc. Maybe they were rented. Who knows? Just because it's not explained, doesn't make it a mistake.
Other mistake: The Israeli commandos are painting an orange Mercedes black using brushes. In later scenes the car has perfect factory finished black paintwork.
Other mistake: When Rezendes is interviewing abuse victim Patrick in Mitchell Garabedian's office, the books on the lower shelf behind Patrick contain reported court cases from California, New York and the Southern Reporter (covering Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana). But the events are unfolding in Boston, Massachusetts. No small law office in Boston would have these volumes in the library, because the cases in them would have no precedent or relevance for Massachusetts law and cases.
Other mistake: During the opening sequence there is a shot of a muddy river where we are shown the credits for Director of Photography, Camera, Sound, Film Editor etc. When "Camera" is credited there is a number 2 next to it, that is the order in which the credit appears, but none of the other credits are numbered. (00:06:20)
Suggested correction: That's not a mistake. Fransisco Joán and Orlando Macchiavello were second cinematographers (2. Kamera in the original German film credits).
Other mistake: After Lord Buntaro's archery demonstration, Blackthorne comes over to the post which now bears the three arrows shot by the Japanese. In the paper wall behind him a hole can be seen, which is to be the spot through which the arrows have come. but the arrows and the hole do not make one straight line, which would have to be the case if the missiles were to really have arrived from there.
Other mistake: When the crew is isolating the boiler in the Pendelton, the pipe wrench on the isolating valve is on backwards for the direction it is being turned.
