Factual error: When Swayze starts the truck, he turns a key and it starts. The key only switches on the electronics. Peterbuilts have a push button starter switch.

Continuity mistake: At the end when confronting the last tank to get the bank doors open, Oddball, Big Joe, and Kelly line up in an alley as if they are directly facing the tank and start walking forward. In the next shot, which is wider and much farther away, you see that they are actually walking down a curved alley and can't see the tank until they come all the way around the corner.

Factual error: Frank hits some garbage cans with his car and the air bags deploy. He gets out of the car and another air bag deploys underneath the steering column and pushes up on the automatic gear shifter, which presumably makes the car start rolling. If the engine is off, a car will roll with the shifter in any position except park. Therefore, the shifter had to be in park when he got out, so pushing up on the shifter would not make it roll. Continuity mistake: In the scene that parodies Hannibal Lector in prison from "The Silence of the Lambs" (1991), we see a behind shot of Dr. Evil relieving himself in the toilet. When he turns around, you can see that his jumpsuit does not have a zipper in the crotch. (00:21:20)

Continuity mistake: At the end when Brody is up in the crow's nest of the Orca waiting for Bruce to get close enough for him to shoot the tank in Bruce's mouth, notice that the crow's nest is sinking much faster than Bruce is moving towards him. At these rates, the boat would have fully sunken before the shark got close enough.

Continuity mistake: Ben, with the help of maybe one man, builds a crude but not easily made steel plated enclosure around the driver's compartment in about an hour. There is no way he could have done all that with one man and one blowtorch in an hour.
