Visible crew/equipment: At the end, when outside the airport, the camera zooms in on Walt's face. When the camera does, keep an eye on Walt's left eye. A black camera can be seen in the glass increasing in size as the camera zooms in. (00:40:40)
Continuity mistake: When Skylar is packing, one shot of her has one color clothes that she's putting in the suitcase and the next shot of her has different color clothes. This happens two or three times. (00:39:00)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Walt and his wife are talking at the breakfast table the milk carton is facing a certain way. Five seconds later it has completely turned the other direction. The wife is holding a baby, and no sound is heard to indicate that she moved the milk carton in any way. (00:10:17 - 00:10:22)
Continuity mistake: Walt is making pancakes and there's 1 pancake left in the pan. Skyler walks in and now there's 2. (00:04:35)

Visible crew/equipment: Walt and Jesse get stranded out in the desert. We see Walt cough up some blood and Jesse stand behind him. In this shot you can see the reflection of someone move in Walt's glasses, despite them being alone and still. (00:32:30)
Continuity mistake: Skyler is holding Walt's hand with both of hers at the hospital when she asks what it was that caused him to end up there. Camera cuts and one hand is now on her baby bump. (00:13:25)
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene at the very end, Walter breaks into Jesse's house to take all of their product. As he leaves the kitchen, just as he passes the fridge, Jesse (passed out in this scene) or a crew member can be seen peeking around a doorframe. (00:46:25)

Continuity mistake: When Skyler says she's got a job at Beneke's, Walt asks about the welding fumes. When he does, the placemats that Skyler is holding rotate in her hand instantly between camera cuts from vertical to horizontal. (00:31:30)

Continuity mistake: When Skyler is talking to Ted about having a girl, Ted's arm is half off the table in one shot and fully on the table in the next shot. (00:20:10)
Continuity mistake: When we first see Jessie at the Dog House, the neon dog is lit up continuously. As the shot changes to a faraway shot, the dog is no longer lit up continuously. (00:14:50)
Revealing mistake: When Skyler is applying baby oil to her belly, she grabs a black towel to wipe her hands. When she does so, the edge of the fake baby bump is visible just below her chest. (00:10:00)
Revealing mistake: When Mike is putting on the second glove to clear up the evidence in the bedroom, Jane's eye can be seen twitching briefly, even though she is supposed to be dead. (00:06:20)

Continuity mistake: When Walter is in the bathroom and repeatedly punches the towel holder at the end of the episode, you can see from the reflection of the towel holder that his glasses stand straight, but in the next shot they are slightly lowered. (00:46:20)
Visible crew/equipment: When Combo is watching a black car parked in front of him while he was dealing as the episode started (a few moments before he's killed), a stage light can be seen reflected in his sunglasses.
Negro Y Azul - S2-E7
Continuity mistake: At the start, the writing on the blackboard changes style. Note the "CH3". (00:04:30)
Chosen answer: I'm not sure how far you are into the show but he does eventually come up with a way to launder it (wont spoil it for you but rest assured, when he gets a lawyer the show gets much better!) and in the final season he also comes up with a way to give his children his money without the cops or the DA knowing it came from him.
