Continuity mistake: When Jane shows Jesse the 18 month chip, Jesse's watch face is on the inside of his wrist. Camera cuts and now it's on the outside, with no time to move it. (00:07:40)

Continuity mistake: When Jesse goes out the back to talk to Jane, her position keeps changing between camera angles, In some angles she is sat with her arms across her chest, in others one arm is resting on the wall. (00:41:50)
Visible crew/equipment: When Jesse gets into his car the second time, a boom mic is reflected in his door. (00:09:40)
Continuity mistake: When Hank asks to get closer to the crime scene, he crouches right next to the one dead guy. Camera cuts and he's about 3 foot further back. (00:42:30)

Continuity mistake: At the end, Jessie is rubbing his temple in the car. When the shot changes, he is now rubbing his cheek. (00:39:50)
Continuity mistake: When Jessie is throwing all the pots and pans out of the cupboard, a red container lands on a small rug. When the shot changes, this container has now moved and is no longer on the rug. (00:37:40)
Visible crew/equipment: After seeing the photo from Hank, Walt runs into the kitchen and grabs a gun. Jessie then comes in and tries to grab it from Walt. Pay attention as Jessie runs in. A pink T marker is visible on the floor. Slo-mo helps, but is not essential to spot this mistake. (00:37:40)
Chosen answer: I'm not sure how far you are into the show but he does eventually come up with a way to launder it (wont spoil it for you but rest assured, when he gets a lawyer the show gets much better!) and in the final season he also comes up with a way to give his children his money without the cops or the DA knowing it came from him.
