Continuity mistake: When Walt collapses we see the blood stain on the floor is a deep crimson. When he collects the bits of plate, the stain is very faded, even though only a few minutes has passed.
Continuity mistake: When Mike throws the shoe, it lands well past the end of the wall. Camera cuts and it's back level with the end of the wall. (00:16:20)
Continuity mistake: When Flynn is eating his bacon breakfast, as the camera shots change, he keeps picking up the fork he already picked up in the previous shot. (00:02:35 - 00:32:00)

Continuity mistake: When Mrs Pinkman says that feedback is very important, she has her hand up by her mouth. The shot changes, and now it is back down on the table. (00:24:15)
Negro Y Azul - S2-E7
Continuity mistake: When Jr. is talking about Raisin Bran not being the same as Raisin Bran Crunch, his hand is either by his mouth or lowered, depending on the shot. (00:30:30)
4 Days Out - S2-E9
Continuity mistake: When Walt gets the news about his tumour shrinking, Skyler gives him a hug. The camera changes, and she goes in for the hug again. (00:42:20)
4 Days Out - S2-E9
Continuity mistake: At the end, Jessie is rubbing his temple in the car. When the shot changes, he is now rubbing his cheek. (00:39:50)
Continuity mistake: When Jessie is throwing all the pots and pans out of the cupboard, a red container lands on a small rug. When the shot changes, this container has now moved and is no longer on the rug. (00:37:40)
Continuity mistake: Mike's car is not visible when Walt breaks into his own backyard. Mike is still there, as you see him hiding behind the corner, and later getting into his car.
Continuity mistake: When Emilio's body crashes through the ceiling and lands on the downstairs floor, there is one huge chunk of carcass that lands on the floor in one piece. When the remnants of the body are shown from a different angle, they have been replaced with numerous, smaller chunks. (00:45:30)
Continuity mistake: At the end, Skyler is applying lotion to her arm and her arm is upright. Camera changes and now it's horizontal. (00:42:50)
Continuity mistake: When Skyler and Walt are reunited in the hospital, Skyler is holding Walts hand up by his face. As the camera changes angle however, their hands are much lower. (00:05:20)
Crawl Space - S4-E11
Continuity mistake: Ted is in his house with Saul Goodman's men. When he beats his head on the furniture after he stumbled on the carpet in attempt to escape and passes out, his legs change position in two different angles shots.
Continuity mistake: At the start, Badger is on a bench talking to another guy. In the background there are people walking around in a park behind them that keep teleporting around or walking through multiple times from the same direction between cuts.
Box Cutter - S4-E1
Continuity mistake: When Gus starts to walk away from where he killed Victor, he drops the Box Cutter, and we see it landing. However, after a cut to the next shot, its position has changed. It is no longer sitting on the line in the floor, and it is pointing 180° in the other direction. We can also see from Walt's shadow that the Box Cutter has moved quite a bit further away from Walt. (00:35:05)
Continuity mistake: While Gus speaks with Eladio beside the pool the sun changes on the floor between shots.
Chosen answer: I'm not sure how far you are into the show but he does eventually come up with a way to launder it (wont spoil it for you but rest assured, when he gets a lawyer the show gets much better!) and in the final season he also comes up with a way to give his children his money without the cops or the DA knowing it came from him.
