Continuity mistake: Krazy8 says where his dad works and is not holding the bike lock. When the shot changes, he is now holding the bike lock with his left hand. (00:28:50)

Continuity mistake: When Walter is scooping up the crisps on the floor, there are loads in the shot facing Walt, but from the shot facing Krazy8, there's practically none. (00:24:30)

Continuity mistake: When Krazy8 hits the tree and falls to the floor, there is a nice shadow of the tree on the floor. When we get a close-up of Krazy8 on the floor, the shadow of the tree has gone. (00:13:20)
Continuity mistake: At the start at the breakfast table, Walt Jnr has his hand by his mouth while looking at Skyler, but as he turns his head to look at Walt Snr, his hand has vanished from by his mouth. (00:05:50)
Continuity mistake: Walt comes over to Jesse's house to tell him about Hank investigating Gale's murder. Jesse is shaving some guy's head. In one shot, the guy getting shaved has less hair. More hair instantly appears seconds later. (00:26:20)
Green Light - S3-E4
Continuity mistake: When Jesse shows Walter his product at the parking lot, Walter first holds the meth bag with his left hand, but in the next shot it's his right.

Continuity mistake: When Hank takes Junior to the motel to see how disgusting drug life can be, it is raining over Junior's shoulder when you look at the passenger window. But when you look at the driver's window from Hank's point of view, it is not raining. (00:21:30)
Continuity mistake: Emilio and Krazy 8 show up to the cook site to visit Walter. Krazy 8 leaves the drivers side door open when he exits the vehicle. Later when Walt is trying to flee the area in the RV, he drives past their car. The door is closed.
Continuity mistake: Just as Skyler asks Walt who Jesse is, her hands go from curled up on her legs to palm flat on her legs. Her t-shirt also has a ridge in it across the belly which disappears in the second shot. (00:33:20)
Continuity mistake: When Jesse has finished strangling Todd, in the shot of Jesse snapping Todd's neck, Todd has his right hand placed over his chest. When the shot cuts, Todd's right hand is at his side. (00:46:42)
Continuity mistake: When the machine gun has finished firing, Kenny's body is shown in the remote controlled armchair with his head turned to the left. When the shot cuts to an overview angle, his head is facing directly forwards. (00:45:15)
Continuity mistake: When Walter pushes Jesse to the floor, Jack has his arms at his side and there is nothing in his mouth. When the camera changes angles, Jack suddenly has a cigarette in his mouth and his right hand is holding onto it. (00:44:08)
Continuity mistake: When Skyler picks up the lottery ticket, in the close-up shot, she has two fingers placed over the top half of the ticket. When the shot cuts, those two fingers are suddenly no longer touching the ticket. (00:32:00)
To'hajiilee - S5-E13
Continuity mistake: When Lydia is telling Todd about what her buyers are expecting, the cup of tea she is holding has a string and label over the front side of the cup. The string and label stay in the same place when Todd moves over to her, but when the shot cuts back to Lydia, the string and label are suddenly at the other side of the cup, before continuing to jump back and forth between front and back for the next few shots. (00:03:50)
