Just as they all turn the corner to walk into Magnum's VA hospital room, the nurses station is in the background at the right side of the screen, and there's lighting equipment and a director's chair visible. Also, after Magnum agrees to give Ron time to find Quang Ki, when it cuts to Katherine talking on the phone, we can see Larry Manetti just standing in the background at the right side of the screen, waiting for his cue to rush into the study.
