Other mistake: Magnum needs to stop Buck, and asks Higgins for the keys to the Audi. Higgins just happens to have the keys in his pocket, which makes no sense, since he keeps them in a drawer inside the study, and can't just wander about all day with all the keys to all of Robin Masters' vehicles inside his pants.
