Corrected entry: Almost all of the assault rifles in the show are fully automatic. The Army does not use full auto assault rifles, and owning a full auto firearm is a pricey and difficult thing to do, so it's illogical to think they scavenged dozens of fully automatic AK, AR, and M16 rifles from a relatively small area. Also, all of their full auto M4 rifles are inaccurate since there's no such thing as a fully automatic M4. And the Governor's full auto Steyr AUG is a very rare rifle that nobody would leave just lying around.
Corrected entry: When the governor first puts his eye patch on it is on his left eye. When he turns around his eye patch is now on the right eye and stays this way throughout the rest of the season.
Correction: When we see the Governor put his eye patch on it is his reflection, we see which is why it is on the left.
Corrected entry: The herd is deflected to the right, away from Alexandria, so Alexandria is now on the herd's left. When the horn sounds it attracts the herd to Alexandria on the herd's right.
Correction: You think that the wall with the caravan is Alexandria but it is a little set up to make a turn. That one goes right behind Alexandria, then the horn goes off and they find their way to Alexandria.
Corrected entry: In the same episode Glenn falls with Nicholas, we never saw Michonne and the others come back, neither in episodes after. But in season 6 episode 7, when they talk to Morgan, Michonne is there.
Correction: Just because we didn't see it happened, doesn't mean it did not happen. We don't see them go out on all their scavenger runs, or get the supplies for said runs either.
Corrected entry: The walkers on this show are able to tear through a person's flesh as if they were made of tin foil, yet they are unable to break through glass doors and windows unless a large group of them are pressing their collective weight against them. Additionally, if the walkers' bodies are so frail that they can be obliterated by a fire hose, bisected by a rope or completely run themselves through on a sharp stick while walking at a very slow speed, then they shouldn't be able to rip or bite into a person's flesh without tearing off their own fingers and jaws in the process. If anything, the human characters should be able to rip apart walkers with their bare hands.
Correction: The premise of the walkers is their insatiable need to feed, so when they're around flesh, they'll feed vigorously. When faced with obstacles, they don't have the brain function to overcome them, so while they could physically destroy objects, like glass, they don't attack it vigorously like flesh. And since they don't feel pain, they'll walk themselves through sharp sticks in an effort to move forward or toward flesh. And just because they're easily destroyed doesn't mean they can't rip through soft tissue themselves, because different forces are in play. But there have been times when people have killed walkers with their bare hands. It's just risky because they don't want to be accidentally bitten or scratched.
Corrected entry: When Glenn goes to see what is left in an old gun store with Meggie and Tara he finds 3 gun silencer. Silencers are illegal in all of America so it would be highly unlikely for an actual gun store to contain silencers. (01:00:00)
Correction: Silencers are legal to purchase (under certain restrictions) in most of the USA: https://silencerco.com/education/.
Corrected entry: When Rick, Glenn, and Herschel exit the bar under fire, they go directly out the back door of the bar and cross straight across a back room to an exterior door that would place it on the back of the building. However they amazingly come out on the side of the building.
Correction: In the beginning we see the bar's front door. Facing the front door, the pharmacy is to the right, as opposed to behind. So when the group exits straight through, they are in the back of the bar in the alleyway, next to the fence. If they had exited the side of the bar, they would be on the street.
Beside the Dying Fire - S2-E13
Corrected entry: When Rick grabs Hersel to leave the overrun farm Hersel wears only a shirt and pants. In the next scene where they stop on the highway, Hersel wears a clean shirt and a jacket. (00:16:00 - 00:21:00)
Correction: Herschel is still wearing the same dirty shirt, he's only put on the jacket, which was in the truck. When the truck stops, you can see Herschel putting on the jacket in the rear-view mirror.
Corrected entry: When Rick closes the gate he realises that walkers could have got in, so he starts to run down the street in daylight. The scene changes then goes back to Rick - he's still running but it's pitch black.
Correction: There's no error and it's done to show passage of time. As you said, the scene changes. In fact it changes twice, once with the preacher and then the group meeting, before it goes back to Rick. Even though Rick is still running, he's in a completely different part of the town, as opposed to seeing him still run near the gate.
Corrected entry: When Tyreese and his group are in the woods before they find the prison, Ben's mother gets bitten on the arm, but she starts limping and needs to be held up by her husband.
Correction: Ben's mum begins to limp because she gets caught in something as they're running away from the walkers.
Corrected entry: Daryl describes the car that abducted Beth as "black with a white cross on the back", but the vehicle we see abduct Beth is white with no cross on the back. (00:05:00)
Correction: There is a white or grey cross in the back window of the Cadillac. Daryl could easily have misidentified the color because the car is more grey than white, and with the shadows, the trunk area looks black.
Corrected entry: When the Governor is teeing off on top of the walled barricade, we can see the tree line in the background is far away at the edge of The Other Side of Woodbury. After Merle has a chat with the Governor, we now see the trees are magically a lot closer.
Correction: The trees were the same, they are different distances depending on the angle and eye coordination.
Corrected entry: When the group is looking for Sophia and they enter the church after they kill the walkers, Darryl is walking towards the altar but you hear his voice at the same time screaming for Sophia outside.
Correction: Daryl is walking towards the altar, but it is Rick that screams out for Sophia from The Other Side of the seats.
Corrected entry: Carol's head wrap is well intact as she and T-Dog find escape down a hallway during the alarm system chaos. Soon they run into another pack of Walkers, and he sacrifices himself in order to save her life. As she runs past him, and toward another escape door, her head wrap is still intact as she opens the door and runs off. Later, when Rick and Daryl happen upon that same hallway, and T-Dog's remains, Daryl glances downward, however, and picks up the same head wrap, now covered in blood, alongside her bloodied knife.
Correction: We do not see what Carol does after she leaves. It is possible that she returned and left her head-wrap. Also, her knife was found later on in the episode.
Corrected entry: In the corner cafe, Carl grabs his family photo and then he and Michonne attempt to sneak back out to safety, but get run in by Walkers. As she downs a few she and Carl run the other way. However during the escape, he accidentally drops the photo in the middle of the walkers as they reach the front doors to safety. Outside, he insists on going back for his family photo but Michonne tells him to stay put... She will get it. Moments later she returns holding the family photo. Since the photo was dropped near the front doors, which is occupied by the Walkers, this would have been impossible for Michonne to have accomplished.
Correction: This is not a plot hole. We do not see what Michonne does to retrieve the photo. She most likely killed a number of walkers to get through - we know she can handle a large group of walkers on her own so she most likely fought her way through.
Corrected entry: In the beginning when the guy comes out of a coma and he sees the door with the writing inside, then the zombies put their fingers through. In the next shot the cop goes through the double doors and the fingers are nowhere to be seen.
Correction: Different door. Different scene. After Rick sees the hand come out the door, he backs away. He then treks through a dark stairwell to reach the door he uses to exit the hospital.
Corrected entry: When the dog runs from Daryl, the string of cans shake and rattle even though the dog never touches it.
Correction: The dog's tail hits the string.
Judge, Jury, Executioner - S2-E11
Corrected entry: Where did the zombie that attacks Dale come from? Dale is walking in a wide open field and there appears to be enough moonlight he can easily see the cow that has been attacked. Yet the zombie manages to sneak up on him? There was no long grass or crops for the zombie to hide or enough time to just appear from nowhere.
Correction: There's a pile of dead zombies that Dale walks past that the camera stays focused on for just a bit, as opposed to just panning by. Usually a foreshadowing shot.
Corrected entry: The bullet that wounds Rick Grimes hits him in the top left part of his body (one just clips the vest), but later his wound is located on his belly. (00:12:30 - 00:14:25)
Correction: He gets shot once in the arm but again in the stomach. The wound that led to the hospital was in his back, out through the abdomen.
When he was shot in the stomach the bullet hit his vest so he wouldn't have been injured from it.
I think he meant that the bullet that went though his back shoulder area went through and out his side.
Corrected entry: When Rick and members of the group are on the roof top looking for a way out of their situation, you can see a car driving by in the lower portion of the screen.
Correction: Not a mistake. We know that (a) there are many other survivors not shown on screen (b) have operating motor vehicles.
Correction: The M4A1 is a fully automatic M4, visually identical. While the Steyr might be rare, it wouldn't be impossible to obtain.
