The Two-Hundred-Mile-an-Hour Fastball - S2-E1
Revealing mistake: During Ralph's tryout for the team, when the catcher yells, "Come on, skinny bones, try to put one right there...," the stunt wire is visible behind the catcher in this shot as well as the following shot, when he flips over. (00:10:10)
The Two-Hundred-Mile-an-Hour Fastball - S2-E1
Audio problem: When Deborah gets off the phone, she tells Ralph that if they make the deal they can announce it on the Mike Douglas Show, but the problem is each time we hear Ralph say the name "Mike Douglas" we see his mouth actually say "Merv Griffin." (00:13:30)
Don't Mess Around With Jim - S2-E3
Visible crew/equipment: After Ralph and his students talk about Beck's will being missing the class bell rings. When Ralph says, "Tony, you got a minute," just as he walks over to Tony the microphone pops up into view at the bottom of the screen, and it continues to be seen during their conversation. (00:05:30)
Don't Mess Around With Jim - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: When Beck uses the remote to open the hangar door, as Dunn drives the car into the hangar Bill is sitting in the front passenger seat and Ralph is alone in the back, with the hoods still in place over Ralph's and Bill's heads, but when it cuts to a closeup both hoods have vanished. (00:08:00)
Don't Mess Around With Jim - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: When Bill tells Beck that he's thinking with his "mediocre, uninspired, middle-level mind," it cuts to an exterior shot of Beck's private jet heading to Vegas, but when the jet lands at the airport in the exterior shot it's a different type of jet. Then when Ralph gets the vision he sees Dunn running back toward Beck's jet, and again it's a different type jet. (00:13:40 - 00:16:15)
Don't Mess Around With Jim - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: While Ralph and Bill are on Beck's private jet, after Dunn tells Ralph how to use the telekinesis powers of the suit, Dunn takes something to read from the clear acrylic magazine holder, but in the following closeups the magazine holder is now black and an entirely different style. (00:15:15)
Don't Mess Around With Jim - S2-E3
Revealing mistake: While they're on Beck's jet Ralph uses the suit's telekinetic powers on the ice-filled cup, and Ralph tells Bill he'll do it again with a magazine, then when it cuts to the first closeup of the magazines the stunt wire attached to the book is visible. (00:15:45)
Other mistake: Preacher has a large bold tattoo at the center of his chest below his neck that changes repeatedly. For example, it's dark and clear when they capture the deputy, but it's smudged and partially gone when Preacher forces Stella, the deputy, and Ralph into the 18-wheeler. (00:29:10 - 00:36:50)
Continuity mistake: Preacher forces Ralph to stop the sheriff, so when Ralph flies over and pulls the driver's door off the squad car, we see the Sheriff behind the steering wheel wearing his uniform shirt and dark colored pants of some sort, but when the Sheriff stands up his uniform shirt is properly tucked into his normal tan pants, same as earlier. (00:39:05)
Revealing mistake: When Ralph blocks Hydra's rocket from its target, in the closeup as the rocket hits Ralph's abdomen the thin stunt wire is visible at the rocket tail. Then while Bill is fighting with Hydra, when Ralph is in mid-air heading to Bill the stunt apparatus is visible at Ralph's waist. (00:40:00)
Continuity mistake: When everybody returns to the bus, in the closeups of Bill turning the ignition key to no effect, the sleeve we see has navy blue and white stripes, but Bill is wearing a light color blue striped shirt. (00:33:20)
Visible crew/equipment: When Bill can't start the bus Ralph opens the hood and tells Bill the entire engine is gone, then as Ralph grumbles about what he'll tell the school board, the boom mic dips into view over Ralph, at the top of the screen. (00:33:50)
Continuity mistake: When Bill and Ralph pull up in front of the motel in Faultline, they see Pam walking out of her own room. The problem is Bill's room number is 127, the same as Pam's room number, also 127. (00:16:55)
Revealing mistake: At the paramilitary base, after Bill tells Bunker he has "a real cute bivouac goin'," it cuts to a shot of Ralph searching for Bill's location, and the stunt apparatus is visible at Ralph's waist area. (00:21:30)
Continuity mistake: At the paramilitary base, Bunker is wearing a military fatigue cap with a camouflage pattern while he and Bill are talking in the exterior shots, then when they walk into the office with the radar operator, in the interior shots the camouflage pattern on Bunker's cap is entirely different. When Bunker orders the evacuation, the cap reverts back to the original pattern in the exterior shots. (00:22:40)
Continuity mistake: At the laboratory in Needles, when Bunker removes the smallpox virus vial from the case he's wearing a digital watch and a ring on his left hand, but in the vial's closeup Bunker's ring has vanished and his watch is a different style. (00:43:15)
Revealing mistake: When Bill is pushed out of the helicopter and Ralph rescues him in mid-air, its obvious in some shots that it is two sky-divers dressed as Ralph and Bill. Firstly you can see the parachute back-pack bulges on both men. Also the wind is blowing up on Ralph even though he isn't meant to be descending.
Continuity mistake: When the engineer shuts down the train he's wearing a long sleeve jacket, but in the closeup we see a bare arm wearing a watch. The terrorists remove that engineer and he's replaced with McGivers, another engineer wearing a jacket, and the same bare arm is in closeups. Then a third engineer on another train has the same arm in the closeup. (00:06:40)
Deliberate mistake: After Ralph puts the suit into the trash can, when it cuts to Stovington Siding with the hijacked trains one of the shots is flipped, note the "102" is backwards. (00:24:40)
Continuity mistake: When Ralph lifts Bill's car the first time, the blue license plate on the front bumper is gone, but when Ralph is amazed at the suit's power he lifts the car a second time, and the blue license plate is in its proper place on the bumper. (00:35:50)
