The Newlywed Game - S3-E5

Visible crew/equipment: While Ralph is flying the "reconnaissance mission" and taking pictures for Powers, in some of his closeups the cushion under his abdomen is visible. Then when Ralph returns to the base he winds up on his knees, and the bulging outline of a mic transmitter is visible at Ralph's backside. (00:29:50)

Heaven is in Your Genes - S3-E6

Revealing mistake: While Ralph is in mid-air, en route to the airport cafe, something dips into view at the top left corner of the screen. Then when Ralph takes off from that cafe, two shots later as he's in mid-air, we can see the shadow of the helicopter filming the background stock footage, but it's been flipped so the helicopter is flying backwards, and when more background footage is shown again the helicopter shadow is flying properly. (00:13:15)

Super Grover

Desperado - S3-E12

Visible crew/equipment: While Ralph and Pam are watching the mustangs Ralph starts taking pictures, then when Pam points to the black stallion, in the first shot of that beautiful stallion the animal trainer can be seen hiding behind the bush. (00:02:40)

Desperado - S3-E12

Continuity mistake: While King's ranch hands are illegally gathering up the mustangs, Matt gets on the walkie talkie to tell others to go after the black stallion, then when two of the men on horseback chase the stallion the horses they're riding change during this scene - note the white facial markings and coat. Desperado - S3-E12

Continuity mistake: After Ralph stops two of King's ranch hands from getting Desperado, Ralph is beaten up and left lying on the ground, then just as Desperado nudges Ralph awake Ralph's shirt is entirely different in this shot. Also, note the horse's feed on the ground under Ralph, used to keep the horse's attention so it appears to be nudging Ralph. (00:05:45)

Super Grover

Desperado - S3-E12

Continuity mistake: The small horse trailer hitched up to the back of Ralph and Pam's station wagon has the license plate number, T-479E5, which is visible a few times, then when Ralph is on King's property he gets a vision of Desperado's location, and just as Ralph does his vanishing thing, one of King's horse trailers has the same license plate with the number, T-479E5. (00:13:50 - 00:33:50)
