Stolen Huffy - S5-E4
Continuity mistake: After Chibs says "I don't think you want to be doing this for an audience," Jax holsters his pistol twice. (00:24:40)
Character mistake: Tig gets bit on the right butt cheek. Tara tells Chibs to give him a local, which is a numbing injection so she can stitch him up. Problem is that Chibs does the injection in the left butt cheek. You are supposed to give the injection close to the wound to numb it before stitches.
Continuity mistake: Frankie is staking out Unser's place when he starts up his 1979 T/A, then turns the corner to take off in a 1978 T/A.
Crucifixed - S5-E10
Deliberate mistake: When Tara is talking to Gemma in the parking lot of Stockton Prison, the chrome bumper of Tara's SUV is blurred out, probably to cover up visible crew and equipment. It looks unnatural, since the image is sharp enough that you can see the radiator itself behind the grille, and the numberplate is perfectly sharp.
Crucifixed - S5-E10
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Otto kills the nurse with the crucifix, he breaks it off his neck (cross and necklace) In the shot when he stabs the nurse it is back on his neck.
Continuity mistake: When Jax and his crew meet up with a Hispanic gang to sell them guns and are outnumbered, they run in the station wagon. The run the station wagon through a gate and roll it, destroying the front end, but magically the station wagon's front end appears with little damage afterwards. (00:27:15)
Visible crew/equipment: When Jimmy Smits and Dave Navarro are talking to the shopkeeper, a microphone wire can be plainly seen under Navarro's wife-beater. (00:14:25)
Continuity mistake: When Jax injects Wendy with the heroine in the previous episode, he puts the needle in the side of her shoulder, yet when she shows the bruise to Tara in this one, it's on the front.
