Sons of Anarchy

Caregiver - S3-E3

Question: When Opie sees Lyla and starts fighting, what is the song that's in the background? I think it's a remix of Show Me What You Got by Nadia because that's what it's credited as, but it's not the one.

Show generally

Question: One thing that confuses me. Unser said Gemma ran away from Charming when she was 16. Came back 10 years later with a motorcycle club and a baby. Gemma told Nero she was 19 when she met JT and was knocked up 2 months later. So when Gemma returned to Charming 10 years after she ran away wouldn't Jax be between 8-10 years old? And wouldn't she come back with two little boys because Jax wasn't that much older than Thomas?

Giving Back - S1-E5

Question: In this episode, the guy is punished by SAMCRO for not having his biker ink covered up. Also, Clay had to have his covered in (I think) season 5 or 6 when he left. Why was Opie allowed to keep his though? He had effectively left yet in this episode he is topless and all his ink is showing. Why did he not need his covered when he left the gang?

The_Iceman

Chosen answer: Former members only have to have their tattoos covered up if they are voted out of the club.

Phaneron

Chosen answer: John Teller (Jax's father). "Piney" Winston (Opie's father). Lenny Janowitz. Keith McGee (President of the Belfast charter). Wally Grazer. Thomas Whitney. Chico Villanueva. Otto Moran (not to be confused with Big Otto Delaney with the eye-patch). "Clay" Marrow (though not a founding member).

Bishop73

Thank you.

Chosen answer: The First 9 wore these, as can be seen on old pictures. They later switched to leather, but Piney just never did.

NS - S3-E13

Question: What was the symbol Chibs wrote in Jimmy's blood on Stahls car at the end of the episode?

Chosen answer: It was the IRA's symbol (or their "tag"), an upside-down cross in a circle. It was done to frame them for the killings.

Question: The kitchen door to Gemma and Clay's house opens outward in the first couple of seasons, then in the later seasons it opens inward. Is that a mistake or did they have to repair the door and put it on the wrong way? Just wanting to verify.

Answer: In various episodes, the door opens in. In others, it opens out. In one episode, it opens out when Opie comes over then opens in when he leaves.

Question: So was Jax being a rat and the whole deal with Stahle a set up? ie. did the club know all along that Jax had something going on?

The_Iceman

Chosen answer: Jax wasn't a rat. He knew he couldn't trust Stahl, which is why she got killed. The guys followed Jax and the others and beeped the horn, letting them know the job was done. I figure the club knows no government agent would actually be on their "side." More specifically, the club knew all along what was going on. In Jax's letter to Gemma, he explains how it was a club vote. This is meant to be everything Jax discussed with Stahl. He was simply sent to her alone because A) it needed to appear like he was actually ratting and B) Jax had the most to lose.

Answer: The address to where Tig was going to be at. Tig thought he was waiting for the Prospect, but Jax set him up to take care of the "other problem." You see Marks crumple the paper after Tig says "oh s***."

Thank you.

Na Triobloidi - S2-E13

Question: One thing I haven't ever been able to figure out is this: how does SAMCRO know exactly where Cameron is headed after he kidnapped Abel? They had no direct clues, and even after watching the series a second time, it still doesn't quite make sense to me.

Friso94

Chosen answer: They knew he owned the boat at the docks as that was how he brought the guns into the country. They assumed he would head there when he was needing to flee with Abel.

The_Iceman

Answer: They didn't know he was headed to Belfast until Maureen Ashby calls Gemma and tells her that Abel is in Belfast. Cameron is her cousin and he even brings Abel to her apartment.

Chosen answer: Roughly 5 years. Abel is suppose to be 5 in season 7 and was born during the pilot. Most season cover just a few months with the the next season picking up where they left off, for example; season 1 covers 68 days and at the start of season 2, three weeks has past and it covers no more than 2 months, then season 3 picks up one day later. The big gap happens during the break between season 3 and 4. Season 4 starts 14 months later (when they finish their prison sentence). In season 7, each episode covers one day.

Bishop73

Answer: He was initially given a 6-year sentence for grand theft auto and 2nd degree murder, but then he committed various criminal acts for samcro and kept getting his sentence extended. At the end of season 3 it's implied he'll be set to death row for murdering Squirrel and because he's continuously aggressive. (Although, an initial 6-year sentence for 2nd degree murder doesn't seem likely without some plea bargain where Otto also gives someone else up or gives useful information, that results in arrest, about some criminal enterprise. This seems out of character for Otto, especially since he stabbed a rat while in prison. And I don't recall any information given about how he had such a short, initial prison term).

Sweet and Vaded - S6-E7

Question: Does Lowen know that Tara isn't really pregnant and just staged the miscarriage? Or is she in on it too?

Answer: Lowen had no idea until after everything happened with the faked miscarriage.

Giving Back - S1-E5

Question: Why didn't Opie tell the club why he was in financial struggle due to his time in jail? He did what the club wanted him to do which was be a brotherhood and to not give up on the club, but he won't even tell Jax his financial troubles.

Answer: He knew the club was hurting financially because of the gun warehouse burning down.

I think with Opie it was more of a pride thing.

To Thine Own Self - S5-E11

Continuity mistake: When Jax and his crew meet up with a Hispanic gang to sell them guns and are outnumbered, they run in the station wagon. The run the station wagon through a gate and roll it, destroying the front end, but magically the station wagon's front end appears with little damage afterwards. (00:27:15)
