Other mistake: Abel was 18 months old when Thomas was born. All through the series, Thomas hardly ages. In season 7 Abel is 5 and in kindergarten yet Thomas looks younger than 3. He's not even walking or talking yet! Thomas should be at least 3 years old according to the time span of the series.
Continuity mistake: When Patterson first visits Toric at the hotel he is on the second floor. When Roosevelt visits to investigate the room is ground level.
Continuity mistake: At the dinner, the second to last shot shows Chibs with his sunglasses on, and the next shot has him with his sunglasses on his forehead.
Audio problem: When Gemma is talking to Clay in jail there's a shot "en profil" in which we only see the silhouette of her face. When Clay sits down you can see she's saying something, while the only sound we hear is Clay exhaling.
Visible crew/equipment: When Clay is hugging Lowell after telling him about what happened with his father, crew members are visible in Clay's sunglasses.
Continuity mistake: Floyd's barbershop always has a metal bar over the door, yet when Jax pushes Kohn through it, the metal bar is suddenly gone.
Continuity mistake: When Tara tells Juice to remove his finger so she can clamp the wound, a spray of blood shoots out. Tara's shirt gets no blood on it. Next shot, there's blood on her shoulder.
Plot hole: When the guys break into the safe house and free the witness against Bobby, they are wearing masks to hide their identities. Yet after freeing the witness, Jax and Tig decide to get involved in a fist fight inside the house which would leave their DNA all over the place. Since both are undoubtedly on the police database, it would take no time at all for the police to find at least two of the culprits who assaulted two officers, an ATF agent and intimidated their star witness.
Continuity mistake: When Opie is talking to Jax about Donna. He pushes his hair out of his face and 2 strands fall down, Next shot his hair is all slicked back without him touching it.

Other mistake: When Gemma walks over to Wayne sitting on the bench and says his name, the subtitles say Wade.
Small Tears - S2-E2
Revealing mistake: When Tara takes off the band aid holding Gemma's "wound" together, you can see its not a cut at all. Just a smear of blood.
Continuity mistake: When Gemma pulls in in her her SUV outside Zobelle's store, her car is dry at first, then after she's been in that spot for a while it's wet like it's been raining, but other cars and the road are still dry.
Suggested correction: The road is wet, as is AJ's car. There is a patch of dry road where AJ's car was when he pulls away.
Continuity mistake: Chibs starts the van and hears a bomb. He jumps out and starts running. He lands on the ground in a vertical position. When everyone runs over to him, he's lying horizontal on the ground.
Suggested correction: He does not jump. The blast from the explosion throws him into the air and he lands on his back. He is on his back in every subsequent frame until the rest of the Sons get to him.
Falx Cerebri - S2-E6
Other mistake: Tara and Gemma are practising shooting. Tara is using a .38 which holds five rounds. She shoots all 5 rounds, then she shoots Ima's car 5 more times without reloading. (00:31:35)
Suggested correction: The barrel is open in her hand when she's shown then she fires at the car. One would assume the barrel is open to reload.
We hear Tara open the barrel when she and Gemma are watching Ima get out of the car and then it's a quick shot to her with the open barrel. There was no time to reload in that time.

Revealing mistake: When Opie breaks in to the lady's car at the store, he uses a tool that slides in between the door to pop up the lock. You can plainly see the door isn't locked in the first place.
Suggested correction: Opie was in a hurry and didn't check the door isn't locked. Not a mistake.

Continuity mistake: When Jax goes to Cara Cara to find it burned down, he stands behind a line of yellow caution tape. In the very next shot it shows him several feet in front of it.
Continuity mistake: When awaiting news from the police station after the drug declaration, Jax throws his cigarette to his right when the camera is behind him. When the camera changes to show his front, he throws his cigarette again. (00:03:25)
Revealing mistake: When Cameron gets Abel out of the car and starts running towards the boat, you can plainly see that he's not holding Abel, but a doll.
Factual error: Northern Irish characters speaking to other Northern Irish characters refer to cellphones or cells. They're always known as mobile phones or mobiles in the British Isles. Nobody would use the American term.
Continuity mistake: Trinity closes the cash register before answering the door. After McGee leaves its suddenly open again. (00:24:20 - 00:25:15)
