Grateful - S5-E21

Audio problem: When Vince and Mike pull the tabletop out from under the car, while Roy is under there with Mrs. Merkle, we hear the audio of Roy loudly saying, "I'm telling you right now, we're gonna have to brace this thing well, this thing will...," but what's oddly funny is that the dialogue is dubbed right over Roy saying, "Wait, wait, let me check her over...," which is a neat trick that he can say both lines at the same time.

Grateful - S5-E21

Continuity mistake: When they pull the man with chest pains from the pickup truck, Dixie says treatment 3, which is opposite the receiving entrance and on the same side of the hall as the nurses' station, closest to the red line on the hallway floor, but when Dixie leaves the treatment room it's at the side of the hallway closest to the yellow line, and since there's a window on its door we know it's actually treatment 1 that he's in, not 3.

Grateful - S5-E21

Continuity mistake: At the restaurant, when they begin to work on getting Mrs. Merkle out from under the car, Vince sets the Biophone down on the table, and there's a netted, red glass candle on the table, but in a following closeup the candle's net has vanished and it's pinkish clear glass now. Other items on the table change as well.

Grateful - S5-E21

Continuity mistake: When Roy and Johnny go to get on the helicopter they are with only the orange bio-phone, but after The Boat brings them back to the shore you see them running to the helicopter with the patients, and they pick up their large black trauma box. They didn't have it with them when they left.

Grateful - S5-E21

Continuity mistake: When they pull Mrs. Merkle from under the wrecked car in the restaurant, the BP cuff is not visible around her right arm, but in her closeup she has the wide BP cuff around her arm with the gauge facing up, then in the wide shot once again the BP cuff is not visible.

Grateful - S5-E21

Continuity mistake: When Marco and Chet use the jaws to lift the car off the victim, Roy begins to get her vitals, then it cuts to Captain Stanley on the Biophone saying, "Vitals second victim, pulse is 120, respiration's 30, she's pale and clammy," but it's not until quite a few shots later that Roy actually shouts those vitals to Captain Stanley.

Grateful - S5-E21

Character mistake: At the restaurant, when Captain Stanley's on the Biophone with Rampart, Brackett asks, "Is there any evidence of external hemorrhaging on your second victim?" and then Cap responds, "We can only see superficial cuts at this time... Pupils are equal and reactive, negative on the IV at this time," as if Brackett ordered an IV, but Brackett never said anything to Squad 51 about any IV.

Grateful - S5-E21

Continuity mistake: The day after the awful fish dinner, when the Merkles visit the station again, Roy is holding a can of whipped cream in his right hand in the side shots, but in the shot facing him he's holding a carton of milk.

Grateful - S5-E21

Deliberate mistake: When Roy and Johnny are on Copter 10, just after dispatch tells them that the run is cancelled, there is a shot of Copter 10 turning around which is a flipped shot - note the backwards 10 on the tail.

The Great Crash Diet - S5-E22

Other mistake: After Johnny takes Captain Stanley's BP, when Chet tells the guys, "Animal fat is the root of all evil," and also after John jokes, "How to survive on no meals a day," check out Roy's feet because he's wearing shoes (looks like black sneakers) that are below the ankle, with no socks. Then in a few moments they're all dispatched to the 'possible heart attack' and when they're at the scene, while Roy is sitting with the patient, he's wearing socks and his uniform shoes (their tops are above the ankle) as usual.

The Great Crash Diet - S5-E22

Other mistake: Roy uses the Biophone when he tells Brackett the vitals of a woman with cardiac symptoms, and then Johnny uses the landline to tell Brackett that there's "Another victim, female, 8 months pregnant, she's gone into labor." Brackett responds, "The mother's probably had an MI... Any cervix dilation on the daughter?" It is impossible for Brackett to have known that the two women are related, let alone that they're mother and daughter.

The Great Crash Diet - S5-E22

Character mistake: After Captain Stanley tells the guys about the diet and nutrition study, Cap tells Roy that he and John should go to Oceanside Park for a fire inspection, but later when Johnny's on the HT he tells dispatch to respond Engine 51 to Oceanland Park, not Oceanside Park, and then the dispatcher gives the incident address as Oceanland Park.

The Great Crash Diet - S5-E22

Visible crew/equipment: After Station 51 is dispatched to the possible heart attack, when they arrive at the scene it cuts to the interior shot of the pregnant woman walking to the door, and we can see the shadow of the cameraman moving across the lamp and curtains.

The Great Crash Diet - S5-E22

Visible crew/equipment: After Captain Stanley tells the guys about the doctor who's doing the diet/nutrition study, when they leave to check the new refinery hydrants, the actor's T-mark is visible on the floor where DeSoto had been standing. Also note that DeSoto is wearing slippers when he stands up. It happens again later, he's wearing slippers with no socks when Morton is talking to the guys about stress and diet.

Trainee - S2-E8

Roy: I think you're on some sort of an ego trip, Ed. And in my book that makes you a very dangerous character.
Ed: [Laughs.] Ego trip, huh? Well, I didn't realize that psychiatry was part of the paramedic's training.
Roy: Oh that's good, Ed, you be funny. But that isn't gonna change anything. You wanna know what I figure? Well, I figure when you were working in Vietnam, it was rough. So rough you started playing over your head. And you were making it, you were doing real good. Considering it was a combat situation. And pretty soon you started getting all blown up about how Ed Marlowe is just as good as the real doctors. And you've been living on that ever since. And the trouble is, Ed, you are good. Except for two little problems. You can't quit competing with real doctors. And you can't face being wrong. You see, those people we treat out there, I mean the people we work for, the people who pay for this whole operation, they're real people, Ed, with real problems. And they have a right to expect more than just being used by you for some sort of trip. [Completely exasperated.] I guess what I'm trying to say to you, Ed, is that in my book you're just plain unprofessional.
[Ed walks out.]
John: Do you think it did any good?
Roy: Do you?

School Days - S2-E14

Question: Who are the two baseball players that walk up to the nurses' station to talk about their teammate and discuss his relationship status with his girlfriend to Dixie?

Answer: I was rewatching a few first season episodes of Charlie's Angels (1976), and in S1xE6 "The Killing Kind," I recognized the same actor. So, to finally fully answer your question, the two baseball players in School Days are played by Rod Perry and Sean Fallon Walsh.

Super Grover

Answer: I took a screenshot of the two actors, with Rod Perry on the right (https://imgur.com/GCW1myD). Hopefully someone will know the name of the actor on the left. Both actors are uncredited in the episode's credits.

Super Grover

Answer: The guy on the right is actor, Rod Perry. Two years later he played Deacon on the 1970s TV show S.W.A.T. (and now I'm humming its theme song). As for the actor on the left, I recognize his face and voice, but I can't recall from what.
