Cook's Tour - S1-E4

Visible crew/equipment: After Roy and John pull up to the house with the woman in labor, when the deputy pulls up behind Squad 51, the reflection of production equipment alongside the lamppost is visible on the car's surface. In the previous long shot of the house, we see there is only a large area of grass in front of the house.

Cook's Tour - S1-E4

Other mistake: When Johnny and Roy visit the woman they assisted in delivery, they go through the ER's double doors opposite receiving, as if heading upstairs to her room, and soon she even comments that the baby was brought up to her from the ER. Then, when the guys leave her room, Roy pushes open the door on the right, and we can see the ER's treatment 5 and the silver cabinets right up the hallway, so we know that Roy and John were actually in the room just off to the side of the nurses' station in the ER.

Cook's Tour - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: While Early is trying to remove a young boy's hand from a vase, in the shot from inside the room he's in treatment 3 with a windowless door, but when he steps into the hallway and asks Sharon for ice cubes he's at treatment 5 with a window on the door.

Cook's Tour - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: When Squad 51 is dispatched to the 'injury in alley', after John defibs the teenager, when he removes the diagnostic penlight from his belt holster, the kelly forceps fall out of the holster, but when he puts the penlight back into the belt holster the forceps are back in its place.

Brushfire - S1-E5

Other mistake: When Chet Kelly breaks his glass that he was drying in the first shot after showing Station 51, Captain Hammer is on the phone and begins walking to Chet when he groans after breaking the glass. Then it switches to another shot where Marco Lopez yells "Medic!", and Captain Hammer reaches Chet. After that it switches to a shot where John Gage and Roy DeSoto walk over to Chet and the angle goes wide. At this point Captain Hammer hangs up the phone again and begins to walk over to Chet again. When it switches to the shot where Johnny and Roy reach Chet, Hammer is already there like he was when Marco yells for Johnny and Roy. No one else, like Mike Stoker, does this. (00:00:05)

Brushfire - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: After Johnny and Roy bring the injured fireman to the ER, Emma walks up to them in the hallway to ask why they haven't put out the fire yet, and the large handbag hanging from her left arm is suddenly on her right arm when it cuts to the close-up.

Brushfire - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: After Johnny and Roy find the motorcycle and its injured rider, Johnny wraps his arm/shoulder area, but the way it's wrapped - whether or not it's over the shoulder and/or at his waist, and the amount that's wound around his body, significantly differs between shots until they see Vince at the base station.

Brushfire - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: When Station 51 is being dispatched to the brush fire, there's black tape on the chrome trim of the squad's lightbar, but when Squad 51 arrives on scene the black tape has vanished. Then later at Rampart, after Brackett calls Roy a hose jockey, the black tape is back, but vanishes again when they rescue the injured looter.

Brushfire - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: While Squad 51 leaves the brushfire area with the looter (Tony Dow), when Johnny requests a water drop the helicopter pilot says that he's Copter 2, but the footage we see of the chopper flying overhead is of Copter 14 and Copter 10.

Brushfire - S1-E5

Revealing mistake: When the boy is discharged from the ER and is reunited with his dog, John and Roy are standing near the squad watching the reunion, and the usually highly reflective surface of the passenger side spotlight has been sprayed with a dulling spray, to temporarily dull the surface.

Brushfire - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: After Johnny and Roy get back to the fire's base station and hand the looter over to Vince, when they find Grover in the pen with the other dogs, Roy checks the dog's ID tag and in the two wide shots Roy's holding it with one hand while the other hand is up on the gate, but in closeup both of Roy's hands are holding the collar and ID tag.

Brushfire - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: When Roy and John leave the ER after the baby delivery, the base station dispatches them to the motorcycle accident, and in the next shot as the squad turns the corner, there are three people in Squad 51, we see Roy, Johnny and someone seated between them, while they're en route.

Brushfire - S1-E5

Visible crew/equipment: After Roy helps the looter into the squad, when Johnny goes to the motorcycle and finds the leather bag full of jewelry, the mic wires that run from under his shirt/belt into his right pants pocket (with the transmitter bulge) are visible as he bends down.

Super Grover

Brushfire - S1-E5

Visible crew/equipment: After the looter is helped into the squad, just as Roy gets into the driver's seat, the reflection of camera equipment becomes visible on Squad 51's vent window (not to be confused with Roy's arm or the reflection of the red wing mirror).

Super Grover

Brushfire - S1-E5

Revealing mistake: After Squad 51 is dispatched to the motorcycle accident, there are wide shots of the squad driving through the hills, then in the closeups of Roy and John, the squad shakes from side to side to mimic driving, but we can see that the surrounding rocky area behind the squad (matte painting) does not actually change at all.

Breakdown - S6-E15

Charlie: I think you guys are playing games with me, and I don't like it.
Roy: Now, wait a minute. We're not playing games. We don't play games with the equipment...
Captain Stanley: Wait, hold on. C'mon everybody, look we're all on the same side here, aren't we?
Charlie: I wonder.
Captain Stanley: Charlie, why can't we put the squad in the shop and have us a reserve vehicle here?
Charlie: No, no, Hank. Not until I'm 100% sure that I can't fix it. If there's anything wrong with it. This coffee stinks. [Leaves the room.]
Captain Stanley: You guys playing some kind of joke on him?
John: We didn't make the coffee!
Captain Stanley: Not the coffee, you twit, the squad.
Roy: Cap, there's something wrong with that squad out there.
Captain Stanley: [sigh.] All right, if you say so... I made the coffee.

Trivia: A plaque that honors Bob Cinader is mounted on Station 127's wall, outside beside the apparatus bay door. The plaque reads: "Robert A. Cinader's Involvement with the Los Angeles County Fire Department began in 1971 when he filmed a pilot television movie about the county's fledgling paramedic program."Emergency!" aired in 1972 and ran as a prime time show for five years with a weekly audience of 13 million people. The show brought attention and acclaim to the Los Angeles County Fire Department. More importantly, it showed public officials across the nation that lives could be saved by local paramedic programs. As a result, Bob Cinader can be credited for making significant contributions to improving Emergency Medical Services. His Involvement and commitment was so intense, and his study of emergency services so thorough, he became an expert in the field. In 1975, he was appointed to the county's Emergency Medical Services Commission, where he served until his death in 1982. In recognition of his extraordinary public service, on May 28,1985, the board of supervisors voted unanimously to pay special tribute to Bob Cinader by naming Fire Station 127 in Carson, which was used in the filming of "Emergency!", in his honor." Fire Station 127 is named the Robert A. Cinader Memorial Fire Station.

School Days - S2-E14

Question: Who are the two baseball players that walk up to the nurses' station to talk about their teammate and discuss his relationship status with his girlfriend to Dixie?

Answer: I was rewatching a few first season episodes of Charlie's Angels (1976), and in S1xE6 "The Killing Kind," I recognized the same actor. So, to finally fully answer your question, the two baseball players in School Days are played by Rod Perry and Sean Fallon Walsh.

Super Grover

Answer: I took a screenshot of the two actors, with Rod Perry on the right (https://imgur.com/GCW1myD). Hopefully someone will know the name of the actor on the left. Both actors are uncredited in the episode's credits.

Super Grover

Answer: The guy on the right is actor, Rod Perry. Two years later he played Deacon in the 1970s TV show S.W.A.T. As for the actor on the left, I recognize his face and voice, but I can't recall from what.
