The Wedsworth-Townsend Act - S1-E1
Other mistake: At the start, on the way to the structure fire one of 10's rigs has license plate number E180174, but at the fire we see 127's engine has the same license plate number E180174.
The Wedsworth-Townsend Act - S1-E1
Other mistake: At the very start, when the camera moves through Station 10 while the guys are asleep upstairs, we see one of the engines has license plate E111196, but en route there's a closeup of Rescue 10 and its license plate is also E111196.
The Wedsworth-Townsend Act - S1-E1
Other mistake: At the start we see that Station 10 has one rig with an aerial ladder and two engines. While Station 10 is en route to the fire, there's a closeup of Truck 10 (ladder) and its license plate reads E111074, yet when they're on scene Truck 10's license plate reads E111083.
The Wedsworth-Townsend Act - S1-E1
Other mistake: When the electrocution victim is loaded onto the ambulance, we can see there's a large piece of rectangular material adhered to the ambulance back door, with the name Mayfair printed on it. Then when the ambulance arrives at Rampart, the word Mayfair is now huge on that back door and the "M" is even over the door lock.
The Wedsworth-Townsend Act - S1-E1
Other mistake: On scene at the "possible electrocution", when John is on the raised snorkel waiting for the power to be cut, we hear the worker who is up on the utility pole whistling to grab his co-worker's attention, but the subtitles read that it's John who whistles. Subtitles from Universal Studios 2010 DVD.
The Wedsworth-Townsend Act - S1-E1
Other mistake: When Squad 10 is dispatched to the the high-voltage electrocution, Tony opens the bay door, but the closeup we see is actually the same closeup of the hand cupping the switchplate that was shown earlier, when dispatched to the nighttime factory fire.
The Wedsworth-Townsend Act - S1-E1
Other mistake: At the start, while Station 10 is en route to the fire, there's a closeup of the front of Truck 10 (with aerial ladder) and the large round sticker with the company number 10 imprinted on it can be seen affixed to the rig's surface, even over its two bars of chrome trim. Then at the incident the large sticker with their company number affixed to the front has shrunk significantly, now it's not covering the chrome trim.
The Wedsworth-Townsend Act - S1-E1
Other mistake: On scene at the factory fire, soon after we hear Battalion 14 over the HT saying, "Engine 210... Pump Engine 10's three-and-a-half from the hydrant..." there's a closeup of firemen behind one of 10's engines and we can see part of its license plate with 094, but none of 10's rigs have those numbers on their plates.
The Wedsworth-Townsend Act - S1-E1
Other mistake: Before the car goes over the cliff, Dixie says that the woman has a fractured radius and ulna (forearm), and then at the hospital when Dr. Brackett talks to Dixie he says the same thing, but when Dr. Early walks into Brackett's office, he says "The woman with the busted fibula (lower leg), she's coming out of shock now."
Other mistake: After being dispatched to the heart attack, when John and Roy have cardioverted the V-fib Brackett asks for another EKG strip, and when Brackett lifts the chart paper to read it, it just shows flatlining, no rhythm whatsoever.
Other mistake: After Roy has found the location of the boy trapped in the collapsed building, Captain Hammer gets on the handy-talkie and says "Engine 51, Stoker," but oddly enough the subtitles read, "Agent 51, Stoker." Subtitles from Universal Studios 2010 DVD.
Cook's Tour - S1-E4
Other mistake: When Johnny and Roy are with the man who was electrocuted in his house, after they start the IV, Johnny says that he's going to get blankets, so he walks out the door then turns left and walks off. It's funny because the squad is parked on the street, which is to the right of the door, and the only thing to the left is the garage. Then Johnny comes back, again from the left of the doorway, with a package of the yellow blanket from the squad.
Cook's Tour - S1-E4
Other mistake: When Johnny and Roy visit the woman they assisted in delivery, they go through the ER's double doors opposite receiving, as if heading upstairs to her room, and soon she even comments that the baby was brought up to her from the ER. Then, when the guys leave her room, Roy pushes open the door on the right, and we can see the ER's treatment 5 and the silver cabinets right up the hallway, so we know that Roy and John were actually in the room just off to the side of the nurses' station in the ER.
Other mistake: When Chet Kelly breaks his glass that he was drying in the first shot after showing Station 51, Captain Hammer is on the phone and begins walking to Chet when he groans after breaking the glass. Then it switches to another shot where Marco Lopez yells "Medic!", and Captain Hammer reaches Chet. After that it switches to a shot where John Gage and Roy DeSoto walk over to Chet and the angle goes wide. At this point Captain Hammer hangs up the phone again and begins to walk over to Chet again. When it switches to the shot where Johnny and Roy reach Chet, Hammer is already there like he was when Marco yells for Johnny and Roy. No one else, like Mike Stoker, does this. (00:00:05)
Other mistake: When Johnny is complaining about Tom Wheeler while the guys are preparing lunch, Squad 51 is dispatched to a structure fire so Roy and Johnny head out of the kitchen, but Marco turns the stove flame off and the rest of the guys in the engine company leave the kitchen as well, even though they were not dispatched.
Other mistake: After Johnny gets off the phone with Tom Wheeler, and starts complaining about him while the guys are preparing lunch, there are two milk containers on the table which have orange tape covering the brand names.
Other mistake: At the start of shift, while John's putting the pillowcase on the pillow we hear the dispatcher say, "Boat fire, dock 61," but subtitles read, "Open fire, dock 61." Subtitles from Universal Studios 2010 DVD.
Other mistake: When Roy and John get back to the station and start discussing Cynthia, John takes a milk container out of the fridge which has orange tape covering the brand name.
Other mistake: When Station 51 is dispatched to the industrial fire, once they arrive there are a few shots of the crowd of bystanders, many in their robes. This footage is from the first episode "The Wedsworth-Townsend Act", during the factory fire at the start of the episode.
Other mistake: When the tones drop and the lights come on, waking up 51's guys in the middle of the night for the industrial fire, there are two closeups of the guys putting their feet into the boots and pulling up their turnout trousers. The problem is that the closeups are not Station 51's guys - note the beds, linens, walls, floor are all different. The two closeup shots are from the first episode "The Wedsworth-Townsend Act", and the guys are from Station 10.
Answer: I was rewatching a few first season episodes of Charlie's Angels (1976), and in S1xE6 "The Killing Kind," I recognized the same actor. So, to finally fully answer your question, the two baseball players in School Days are played by Rod Perry and Sean Fallon Walsh.
