Continuity mistake: When Moira is telling Banshee that Xavier has given everything for his students, she has her left hand placed on Banshee's right arm, and her right arm is down at her side. Then when she remarks that she thinks she's the only friend Xavier has, she is running her fingers through her hair. When this scene was shown in the previous episode however, she is grasping Banshee's arm with both of her hands, and she never runs her fingers through her hair. (00:02:26)

Continuity mistake: When Moira and Banshee's kiss is interrupted by Xavier's scream, his room is directly behind them. Moments later when Moira and Banshee are running to his room, it has moved significantly to the left of where they were just kissing. (00:02:44)

Continuity mistake: When Moira and Banshee are alerted to Xavier in distress, the building with his room is several yards away from the edge of the cliff. However, when Banshee dives to save Xavier from falling to his death, the edge of the cliff is now only a few feet from the building. (00:02:46 - 00:05:02)

Continuity mistake: When Xavier is telling Lilandra that Juggernaut's body is invulnerable, the destroyed TV is just on his left. When the shot changes, he is now directly in front of the TV. (00:03:27)

Continuity mistake: When Xavier faints after trying to contact Lilandra, Gambit's cowl is the same color as his flesh. (00:12:11)

Continuity mistake: When the X-Men are flying towards Cassidy Keep, Gambit's neck is flesh-colored, when it should be black from his cowl. (00:13:02)

Continuity mistake: When Gladiator is landing at Cassidy Keep, Jubilee, Gambit, Wolverine and Banshee are spaced apart. When the shot changes, they are standing side by side. (00:16:43)

Plot hole: After Storm's attempt to escape the Genoshan prison is thwarted, she ends up in the ocean right at the shoreline of the beach, where she is captured by a Sentinel. Aside from the fact that it makes no sense for a Sentinel to be hiding in the ocean in the event that a mutant tries to escape the prison, there is absolutely no way that a two-story tall robot could hide in the ocean right by the beach, as the water would be way too shallow. You can even see that the water level only goes up to the Sentinel's ankle area when it is standing upright in the ocean. (00:03:15)

Suggested correction: Perception. (1) The Sentinel isn't as close as it appears. If it were close, then she would have been caught in its waves as it emerges. Also, she would be looking only at its chest circle. It's several yards away. (2) She washes ashore. She fell from the sky. She couldn't have fallen from that great height into shallow water without hitting bottom. (3) It's also a two-story tall robot. Its weight would sink it into the sand. So it could have very well been down that deep.

Question: Does anyone know why Gambit was featured less and less in episodes as the show went on? He was one of the most popular characters in not just X-Men, but all of Marvel Comics around the time this series first aired, so unless it had something to do with his voice actor's contract, it seems odd they wouldn't have utilized him more.
