Corrected entry: When Arizona is trying to stand up on her prosthetic, Alex walks in and she falls down. Her prosthetic is on her left leg. When she stands up in front of the doctor who helps her try out prosthetics, the prosthetic is on her right leg. The left leg is the correct one, as seen in Flight (Season 8, episode 24). Continuity mistake: When Derek and Richard are in the lift talking, you can see Richard's head bandages under his hat. But when he removes his hat, his head is bare. (00:03:20)
