Continuity mistake: When Steadman is watching the agent put the bags that contain the remains of Veronica Donovan into the trunk of the silver car, the license plate changes between shots. The first time we see the car, the plate reads "1029Q", the second time (close-up shot as the agent closes the trunk) it reads "9417X". (00:37:20)

Continuity mistake: When Sarah gets the swan out of her bag, the book she's holding simply vanishes from her hands. (00:38:05)

Continuity mistake: When Lincoln and Michael are talking on the little pier, Michael talks about Westmoreland and his relationship to the truth. Lincoln has his head turned towards Michael through this, but as Michael says "There'd be no reason for him to lie about it", the angle changes and Lincoln is suddenly staring straight ahead, with no time to turn his head between shots.

Factual error: When Veronica has a conversation with Stedman, he tells her that he can't escape and that the glass is 2 inches thick. However, if the glass in the door was 2 inches thick, the wood door would have to be 5-6 inches thick to even support such thick glass. The door would be extremely heavy. And it obviously went unnoticed by Veronica as she entered the home with no effort.

Continuity mistake: At the start when Mahone is sitting in his garden, his grip on his phone changes between shots. In some shots he has 1 finger on the side of the phone and in others he has 2. (00:01:20)

As the camera follows a man in the park you can see that Michael has opened to the midpages, but in the next shot Michael is looking at the front page again, before opening it another time. Character mistake: In the newspaper article that Lincoln reads about LJ's hearing, his surname is punctuated incorrectly. It reads "Burrow's" instead of "Burrows'." (00:03:55)

Continuity mistake: When Lincoln Borrows is secretly talking to his son in prison using a cell phone, he is seen wearing an inner blue plaid shirt for most of the scenes before. As the conversion starts and focus switches between the two, the inner shirt is visible and not visible. It disappears and re-appears three times during the conversation. (00:20:00)

Revealing mistake: When Linc drops the phone out of the car, it lands next to a very obvious blue marker. (00:21:30)
