Continuity mistake: Fisher is putting a glove on his right hand when Dr Saroyan walks in. It cuts between them a few times, then we see him turning to the table to explain about the bones and neither of his hands are gloved. A short while later he turns to put on gloves - he regloves his right hand, it goes back to Dr Saroyan for a second, then back to him turning towards the table and both hands are now gloved. The Predator in the Pool - S5-E18
Continuity mistake: When Brennan and Hodgins are in the aquarium tank recovering the skull, the hose for Brennan's air starts over her left shoulder. During the first close up where Brennan is actually retrieving the skull, the breathing apparatus has been reversed, so the hose is now over her right shoulder. All other shots the hose is over the left shoulder. (00:06:30 - 00:08:00)

Continuity mistake: Near the end, as Parker drinks his milkshake, its contents rise & fall (not counting his drinking some). Also, he moves the glass about enough to illustrate that it's fake - it would have spilled, the way he handles it.
A Night at the Bones Museum - S5-E5
Continuity mistake: The mummy is in direct sunlight with no shadows on him when Cam first walks up to examine him. When Bones and Booth walk up to him, a few seconds later, the right side of his face is in the shadows. (00:04:00)

Continuity mistake: When Booth is talking to his boss at the diner, the latter is chewing on his mouth full of food when shot from the right, and has an empty mouth when shot from the left. This happens every time the shot changes angles. (00:11:30)

Continuity mistake: At the end in the diner, Angela says about the body not being JFK, When she does Hodgins has his fork up by his mouth. Camera cuts and it's lowered. (00:38:20)

Continuity mistake: Booth is telling Bones and Sweets that the victim was married for 5 years. When he does, Bones has her hand by her mouth in one shot and down on her notepad in the next. (00:28:40)

Continuity mistake: The girl says that she saw a "full on Amish guy" who looked pissed. When she says this to Booth, he hand disappears from her chin instantly. (00:24:40)
Continuity mistake: When Bones is examining the ring, the position of the ring and her fingers is constantly changing. (00:37:05)
Continuity mistake: When Novarro, Booth and Bones are looking at the drain, there are a few marks on the floor by Booth's feet. In the close up these marks have disappeared. (00:27:00)
Continuity mistake: When Angela tells Gordon about the python, Gordon has the sandwich up to his mouth in one shot and lowered in the next. (00:23:40)
Continuity mistake: When Angela is in the diner with Gordon, she has her drink in her hand. When the shot changes, her glass is on the table. (00:23:40)

Continuity mistake: Near the start, Cam is carrying sunglasses in her hand; suddenly they are on her face. (00:03:20)
Harbingers in a Fountain - S5-E1
Continuity mistake: Brennan has just returned from Guatemala and is back at her office. She meets Booth and the two hug. The way they hug each other differs between shots, most notably the position of Brennan's right elbow on Booth's shoulder. (00:04:00)
Answer: Answering my own question here but, having contacted various people involved in the production of Bones including Kathy Reichs, Hart Hanson, Eric Milligan, and Deirdre Lovegood who portrayed Taffet onscreen I finally have the answer. No-one know how she did it due to her constantly working alone. And she never revealed this information before her death.
