Continuity mistake: When Booth and Brennan are speaking with the widow explaining that her husband was murdered. Brennan has her arms folded across her chest, when the shot changes and you see her in the mirror her arms are hanging down at her sides, then when it changes back her arms are folded again. Continuity mistake: Right at the end, when Booth and Bones are having drinks at a bar, as Booth says good bye, Bones has her head resting on her propped up left arm. When Booth turns back to leave, both her arms are on the counter. (00:40:30)
Continuity mistake: At the end after shooting Farheed, we see Booth with both hands on the railing. Camera shows a secret service operative opening the camera bag containing the bomb then cuts back to Booth who suddenly has his gun back in his hands and raised as if he had just fired. (00:38:50)
Audio problem: When going up the escalator, Booth's lines after the quip about tying up horses are overdubbed. (00:37:10)
Continuity mistake: Booth finds the entry in the diary and holds up a square of paper. Camera cuts and he is now looking at his watch with the diary and paper gone. (00:35:25)
Continuity mistake: When Bones and Booth are discussing him and Tessa breaking up, the background outside the car changes between traveling at speed, traveling slowly, travelling through residential and traveling on highways all instantly. (00:32:25)

Continuity mistake: When Bones and Booth are arguing in the bar about the wife having an affair, Bones has chopsticks in her hand that disappears. (00:18:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When in the interrogation room after it is determined that The Man in the SUV is a victim, you can see a camera shadow on the wall by Bones. This shadow moves when no-one else does. (00:15:00)
Continuity mistake: Bones holds a red bag that is scrunched up for Angela at the start. Camera cuts and the bag is unfolded and being held open by Bones. (00:03:00)
Chosen answer: Pickering states the name "Juan Guzman" and during the run of the show we are never told who he is, or why Brennan had been in Cuba and met with this Juan Guzman. We don't know if there is any kind of "relationship" between Brennan and Guzman. A bit frustrating, but I like how this short scene shuts down Agent Pickering's entire review, and it hints at Brennan's career history and her level of security clearance.

Do you remember when Bones was telling Angela about the time she was on one of her out of the country trips, and she was thrown in a dark cell for what she later found out was 3 days? She was crying and looked terrified as she remembered this. She had that same look as someone who was remembering past trauma when Pickering said this name. I kind of always thought that "Juan Guzman" was the one who did that.
