There Goes the Neighborhood - S4-E10
Revealing mistake: Murdock fires rockets at the house from the road in front, but the basketball hoop explodes from behind the board, revealing the hidden explosive FX.
Revealing mistake: When Face is hit on the back with the wooden stick, the stick bends, revealing it's made of foam.
Revealing mistake: When the A-Team's van is chasing the red car, Hannibal's head is turned sideways. One can see it's a stunt double because of the fake bulky wig.
Continuity mistake: When Ruff's sedan crashes, it becomes a coupe.
Continuity mistake: Ruff the Bear's cigarette suddenly disappears when he's inside the car right after Uncle Buckle-Up leaves.
Continuity mistake: As Murdock stands on the deck to dive in the water, he has two bottles of pressurized air on his back. The next shot shows him under water, with only one bottle on the back. The rest of the scene shows him once again with two bottles of air. (00:34:00)
Other mistake: As the Military vehicle jumps off the end of the pier, the engine is heard running at the highest RPMs. But there is no engine to be seen in two shots.
A Little Town With an Accent - S4-E22
Visible crew/equipment: When Sonny Marlini gets in his car at the gas station and drives off (after Hannibal has refused his offer), a movie light can be seen reflected in the car's window.
Factual error: When the two men are watching the soccer game between the USA and East Germany, look at the 'East' German shirts - they are actually WEST German shirts (white with black trim, with even the stylised eagle of the DFB (the West German Soccer Federation). (00:01:00)
Continuity mistake: Murdoch has just walked across the fire in bare feet when he is clubbed on the back with a rock. When he wakes up, he has shoes and socks on.
Continuity mistake: The whole start of this episode is exactly the same footage from S1E9 Holiday in the Hills. This gives rise to a small mistake when Frankie boards the plane. This shot must have been filmed years after the rest of the opening scene, as Frankie joins the A-Team only in season 5. You can see this when Hannibal catches the briefcase from Face: then the side of the plane has red identification lettering on its side. When Frankie finally boards the plane this lettering has disappeared, because it's another plane. (00:04:20)
Chosen answer: The "H" stands for Hector. The "M" is never explained in the series.
