Continuity mistake: After Joker enters Commissioner Gordon's office, Gordon and Chief O'Hara walk over to the window, and the Batphone table is behind them, beside Gordon's desk. Then Joker makes two "quick-frozen cops" and runs off to snatch Justice, leaving Gordon and O'Hara immobile. The Yellow Pages phone book is on the computer's shelf beside Robin, and in his closeups the phone book's spine faces toward the right, but in the wide shots the phone book faces the opposite way. Continuity mistake: After Oliver Muzzy congratulates Joker for his magnificent artwork and makes a deal with him, before Joker leaves the gallery he runs his finger across Batman's yellow emblem to sign his red artwork, but at GCPD HQ when they're discussing the matter, Joker's signature is completely different, it's now a capital "J" on Batman's yellow emblem. Continuity mistake: When Batgirl finds Betsy with the huge magnet under the boxing ring Batgirl throws the rope around the lever, then as the rope pulls the lever down the rope slips off and falls, but in the next shot the rope is still up around the lever. (00:21:25)
Continuity mistake: Batgirl's outfit includes boots with kitten heels, but during the fight scenes the stuntwoman's boots have block heels. (00:19:45 - 00:21:25)

Continuity mistake: When the Batmobile pulls up to the theater where Tut's henchmen are emerging, Batman challenges them while standing at the open driver's side door. You can see his left hand closing the door, as well as hear it click shut - but in the next, reverse angle shot, as he and Robin leap into the fray, the car door is standing wide open again. Continuity mistake: Lila comes through the bead curtain with the poison lilacs wrapped in green tissue paper. She drops the flowers, and in the next shot of them on the floor, the blooms don't even remotely resemble the ones she was just carrying - and the green paper has disappeared altogether. (00:10:55)
Answer: There were three well-known actors who played Mr. Freeze, each one a different height, weight, and physique. As these were notable guest stars, the costume designers would adapt the costume to best fit each actor who likely would want to avoid comparisons to the other Mr. Freezes, incorporate their preferences, as well as refresh the look, rework whatever didn't work in previous versions, and so on.
