Audio problem: As Susie deposits a dime in the coffee machine, the camera starts to pan down towards the opening where the cup will appear. You hear the cup then the quarters fall, but you can see the cup full of quarters is already in place before the sound is made.
Death in Slow Motion (1) - S1-E31
Audio problem: In the distance shot, when Robin responds to Batman's call, his lips don't move, but you hear him.
Scat, Darn Catwoman (2) - S2-E41
Audio problem: At the end, Catwoman falls from the roof into the water below. But we never hear a splash. (00:21:15)
Caught in the Spider's Den (2) - S2-E56
Audio problem: The sound effects are inaudible when Robin is punching Black Widow's henchman when she talks about where her short-circuiting device is.
Surf's Up! Joker's Under! - S3-E10
Audio problem: As Batman and Robin bust through the window, you hear glass breaking, but there's no evidence of glass anywhere.
Audio problem: When the camera shows the flames of the exhaust, the accompanying sound is wrong. The turbine starting up was played when the flames were seen, instead of the roaring sound effect.
Answer: There wasn't one singular city used. It was shot in and around various locations in California, plus on a lot of sets and backlots. Ex. Some scenes were shot in LA, some in Pasadena, some in Santa Barbara, etc.
