Continuity mistake: As Starling prepares to launch the timeship from the bay behind his office, there is a shot of the exterior of the ship. In the background of this shot, there is a white wall on the right. This wall carries the company name and logo. However the name is misspelled here as Chronowerks, instead of Chronowerx as was shown on the outside of the building and behind Starling and Janeway when they were in the office.

Continuity mistake: As Bishop Brennan Holds Ted up against the bedroom wall after he has broken in, the crucifix behind Ted's head goes from hanging crooked to hanging straight between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Rabb lands at Norfolk the number of the chopper is 426, there he meets Commander Turner who says that he takes the same chopper as transport to the submarine. The Sea Knight is the last transport to leave the base before lock-down. When the same chopper approaches the USS Crawford it suddenly has the number 62.
Continuity mistake: The clock on Danielle's hospital room wall reads 11:40 a.m. when she's brought in. Seconds later when the nurse leads Rembrandt to a bed because he thinks he's going to give blood the clock on that wall reads 2:30 p.m.
Continuity mistake: The paint on Sonny's face (from painting their living room) changes position after him and Sasha go to the shops.

Continuity mistake: In the first scene with Richard at the used car lot in his initial job interview you can see his name already written on the employee file cabinet behind crazy Fred. Later he uses the cabinet to get a gift he had bought for Caroline.

Continuity mistake: Rachel trips over Kate's body that has a syringe prominently protruding from the neck in the closeup. The syringe is missing entirely in the long shot of Kate's body.
