Continuity mistake: After the teacher writes the equation on the board for Tabitha to solve, it keeps changing in appearance; the small loop at the bottom of the 3 comes and goes depending on the shot. (00:06:45)
Continuity mistake: Uncle Arthur telling Darrin that a charm that he is being given is going to protect him. However, his pistol has managed to go right through Darrin and into the wall in the background. Then, the next frame, the shots are on his pocket. (00:10:22 - 00:11:00)

Plot hole: Why would Serena need Samantha to zap her out of jail? Serena is a witch and very tricky.

Other mistake: Serena tells Darrin that Samantha won't know him back in the 19th century New Orleans because she hadn't been born yet. In Aunt Clara's Victoria Victory, we know Samantha was alive in the 19th century because she and Endora were "in Tibet at the time."

Other mistake: Darrin doesn't recognise Serena posing as Samantha. We know from "That Was No Chick, That Was My Wife" that he can tell the difference. This happens in several episodes.

Revealing mistake: When Samantha, Darrin, and Aunt Clara are "frozen" in the living room by Hagatha, Enchantra, and Endora, just as Maurice is summoned and appears, Samantha moves her right foot noticeably while Darrin and Clara remain frozen.
Continuity mistake: At the statue, with the ocean in the background, the white fishing boat appears and disappears between shots.
Other mistake: When Larry is in the living room asking where Darrin is, before Darrin is zapped back, the kitchen door is opened and closing. Nobody is in the home or in the kitchen. The door shouldn't be opening. Likely, a crew member was exiting the living room and the editors did not catch the door swinging.
Samantha's Hot Bed Warmer (2) - S7-E4
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, Samantha's purse is on the couch. It is initially lying flat with handles up on the back of the couch. When the officers are let into the room, the purse position changes. It is now standing upright.
Salem, Here We Come (2) - S7-E2
Continuity mistake: The demerit rod disappears when Hepzibah is in the living room. The camera goes to a wide shot and then returns when Darrin gets his final demerits.

Continuity mistake: This episode features the disappearing piano that disappears in most episodes. Also, the wall where the piano is sometimes houses the bar, which is usually beside the stairs.

Visible crew/equipment: When Darrin is leaving, the shadows of the boom mic and cameras/lights are visible on the stairs and above hall entrance on the wall.
Continuity mistake: When Rodney is at the bottom of the stairs announcing phase 1 of operation breakup is a success, Samantha is at the top of the stairs. The camera edit is really bad and Samantha jumps forward about 3 feet.
I Get Your Nanny, You Get My Goat - S4-E15
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, Tabitha's drum stick is big then small and later, when Elspith enters, the food changes/disappears.
Revealing mistake: When Endora turns Darrin into "Ringo"/"Prince Valliant" when he touches his "hair", it moves, revealing it's a wig.
Character mistake: When Darrin is on the deck of the yacht, he says something about the salt air. The problem is earlier he was told that he was going to Chicago to meet Miss Marshall for a dinner meeting. The only body of water to support a yacht 3 miles off shore is Lake Michigan which is fresh water.
Visible crew/equipment: When the diapers are flying out of the back of Diaper Dan's van, you can see a crewman in the back through the rear window briefly.
Oedipus Hex - S3-E11
Continuity mistake: The contents of Sam's grocery bag change. Notice large brown shopping bag on to with edge of green vegetables sticking out. When Darrin takes the bag to the kitchen, the brown bag on top is much smaller and further inside larger bag and the tops of the vegetables are bigger and protruding more. There seems to be more vegetables in kitchen shot.

Visible crew/equipment: At the start, when Sam takes the tree out of her purse and places in on the carpet, her white tape mark is visible on the carpet beside her foot. (00:00:45)

Continuity mistake: The telephone on the coffee table changes positions. Notice the cord.
Answer: Larry had been telling Darrin what it means psychologically that Samantha gave the coat away. Larry said giving it away meant she's happy being married but if she liked the coat it means she desires to be single and carefree. So when Darrin sees the coat, he immediately thinks Samantha doesn't want to be married and the fact that she twitched it means (in his mind) she wants to be a single, carefree witch again.
