A Vision of Sugar Plums - S1-E15
Factual error: Samantha looks out a back dormer window to see Darrin in the front yard.
My, What Big Ears You Have - S4-E14
Factual error: When Abner opens the carton in their garage, Gladys asks what it is, Abner replies that it is a table saw, however, it is a radial arm saw.
Follow That Witch (2) - S2-E29
Factual error: When Charlie Leach is walking back to USA from Mexico he stops close to a sign that reads "Nueva York 2138 miles". Either the sign should read "New York..." or the distance should be stated in kilometers.
Samantha's Thanksgiving to Remember - S4-E12
Factual error: I noticed a grandfather clock when they all arrived in Plymouth (in the right corner). I won't assume this is the first Thanksgiving since the colony is built up and seems established. Plymouth was from 1620-1690s. I had to research but apparently there would not have been an ornate grandfather clock available. The first clocks were built around the time but were not common - especially in an American colony like Plymouth struggling to survive.
Naming Samantha's New Baby - S6-E6
Factual error: When Mr. and Mrs. Stephens are driving in the convertible. In second shot, there are at least 2 tall palm trees along the road. Morning Glory Circle is supposed to be a NY town. There are no palm trees growing in NY. It's obviously shot along a CA road.
Samantha for the Defense - S3-E14
Factual error: Benjamin Franklin is portrayed as a gentleman in this episode and the previous My Friend Ben episode. In this episode he dates Aunt Clara at the end. In reality, Benjamin Franklin was a cad, a womanizer and a playboy. He was a marvellous man - a genius - but treated women terribly refusing to marry his common law wife, abandoning her for years while he played with other women in Europe... and treated his daughter like a second class citizen.
Answer: The original diamond and white gold heart necklace was given to Elizabeth Montgomery by her then real-life husband, William Asher, who also directed the show. She wore it in nearly every early episode. When the necklace was lost or stolen about mid-way through the series, Montgomery had two replicas made from rhinestones. She wore either one of those for the rest of the show's run.
