Factual error: Sgt. Carter is wearing a plain belt buckle with his dress blues uniform. Since Sgt. Carter is Gunnery Sgt, he is a staff NCO so his buckle should have the USMC emblem on the buckle. (00:24:00)
The Friendly Physician - S2-E29
Factual error: When the castaways are coming back to the island at the end, you can see some of the Los Angeles buildings in the background in the high camera angle.
The King of Knaves Affair - S1-E13
Factual error: Supposedly engraved on a ceremonial sword is the wrong date - 1443 - for the fall of Constantinople. That happened in 1453. (00:33:15)
Factual error: An edition of the 'Melbourne Herald' newspaper can be seen in this episode, and appears to be dated Friday, December 24, 1964. Yet 'Thunderbirds' is supposed to be set in the 21st Century (2026 or 2065, depending on who you believe). This date is also seen on newspapers which appear in the episodes 'Edge of Impact', 'The Impostors' and 'Cry Wolf'. Also, to compound the error, December 24th, 1964 was actually a Thursday, not a Friday.
A Vision of Sugar Plums - S1-E15
Factual error: Samantha looks out a back dormer window to see Darrin in the front yard.
Factual error: Crane clears an Air Force jet to land at the Antarctic ice station. But the station is located on a completely snow-covered sheet of ice with no runways. How and where could it possibly land? (00:27:30)
Factual error: The sea plane that lands to rescue Savage at the end is a type not built until after the war. And it's marked "U.S. Air Force," an entity that also didn't exist until after the war. During WWII, what later became the Air Force was known as the U.S. Army Air Corps.
Factual error: At the end, Daniel Boone is met by the Marquis de Lafayette, played by an actor in his 60s. When he arrived in the American Colonies to aid the revolution, Lafayette was 19 years old.
Factual error: Semi-automatic pistols, rifles and fully-automatic rifles and machine guns never eject spent shell casings in the show.
