Samantha the Dressmaker - S2-E22

Revealing mistake: When Samantha and Endora are in Paris reviewing models in dresses, the models are frozen because Samantha and Endora are not supposed to be in the dress shop. One of the models, instead of being frozen, is seen blinking her eye and moving slightly.

Follow That Witch (2) - S2-E29

Revealing mistake: When Samantha starts trashing the private detective's apartment, she causes a chandelier to fall onto a coffee table, breaking the table. However, it is easy to see that the table breaks just before the chandelier falls on it. (00:20:10)

Follow That Witch (2) - S2-E29

Factual error: When Charlie Leach is walking back to USA from Mexico he stops close to a sign that reads "Nueva York 2138 miles". Either the sign should read "New York..." or the distance should be stated in kilometers.

Nobody's Perfect - S3-E1

Visible crew/equipment: When the deck of cards is floating up the steps you can see the shadow of the pole used to "float" the cards... look to the left on the wall and towards the ceiling.

The Moment of Truth - S3-E2

Continuity mistake: When Aunt Clara is in the kitchen with Tabitha, when Tabitha knocks off her plate then the unicorn, there is nothing on her high chair tray. When Tabitha twitches the pot and spoon over, there's suddenly a Graham Cracker on her tray where the spoon lands.

The Moment of Truth - S3-E2

Revealing mistake: When Aunt Clara "parachutes" in the background is not the neighborhood background shown throughout series with Kravitz across the street...and no pine forest. It's obvious a stage background.

Witches and Warlocks are My Favorite Things - S3-E3

Other mistake: The exterior scene when Clara parachutes in is not the real outside we see throughout the show with neighbors including the Kravitz across the street and fewer trees...and no pine forest. Also, it's obvious Marion Lorne, who was about 80 at the time, was sitting on a swing like apparatus being lowered... understandably.

Accidental Twins - S3-E4

Continuity mistake: The doorknob on the nursery room door is on the right side of the door whether it's viewed from outside or inside the room. It should be on the left side in one of the views and the right side in the other. (00:07:00)

A Most Unusual Wood Nymph - S3-E5

Continuity mistake: When Samantha goes back to the 15th century, Geri O'Toole is wearing a yellow dress. When Samantha pops back home, Darrin is wearing Thea Ames hit but Geri is wearing a pink dress. It all happened the same afternoon/evening. Geo should still be wearing the same yellow dress.

A Most Unusual Wood Nymph - S3-E5

Continuity mistake: When Samantha gets up off the couch to confront the wood nymph, the pillow on the couch, on the left side of the screen, is laying flat. When they move back in front of the couch when Endora arrives, the pillow is standing up against the armrest.

Samantha: Try to control your temper. Remember, "Peace on earth, goodwill to men" includes witches.

Show generally

Question: Is there some reason why Samantha wears the same exact "Heart Pendant Necklace" in every single episode? It seems odd that she only has one necklace all the time.

Answer: The original diamond and white gold heart necklace was given to Elizabeth Montgomery by her then real-life husband, William Asher, who also directed the show. She wore it in nearly every early episode. When the necklace was lost or stolen about mid-way through the series, Montgomery had two replicas made from rhinestones. She wore either one of those for the rest of the show's run.
