The Witches of Gulfport - S5-E21

Continuity mistake: While Mac is in a restaurant with three of the Wiccans, another woman comes over to give them verbal abuse. When you first see her, part of her dress is showing. When the camera comes back to her, that part is no longer seen. Also, the exterior scenes indicate that the location really isn't Gulfport.

Adrift (1) - S6-E24

Continuity mistake: The USS Patrick Henry in "JAG" has always used the hull number "74" on the sailors' ballcaps, as well as the scenes of the ship. (CVN-74 in real-life is the USS John C. Stennis). However, in the scene just before the pilots' briefing, the stock footage of the carrier was of a different vessel, hull number 59. In real-life, "59" was the USS Forrestal (CVA-59), the ship that had one of the deadliest shipboard fire on July 29, 1967. The fire killed 132 crewmen, injured 62, with 2 missing & presumed dead. The fire raged for several hours & would have destroyed the carrier, if not for the actions of the heroic crewmen to save her.

Dog Robber (2) - S7-E10

Continuity mistake: When Commander Turner hands Harm the document regarding Harm's steering wheel, Harm takes it with his right hand. In the next shot, he's suddenly holding the document in his left hand. (00:20:40)

In Country (1) - S7-E23

Continuity mistake: The hull number shown for the USS Seahawk shown in this episode was "74" (in real life, the USS John C. Stennis), however, JAG has always used that hull number to refer to the show's 'other carrier', the USS Patrick Henry.

In Country (1) - S7-E23

Continuity mistake: When Harm is ejected from the jeep after the mine explosion, his hat is on his head after he lands, but in the next scene, it shows his hat situated on the ground between the jeep & him.

Dangerous Game - S8-E4

Continuity mistake: The scenes that appeared on the television that the Sheriff was watching at the beginning was from the 1970's movie, "Smokey & The Bandit". Several of the clips were out of order, not to mention jumping from the beginning of the movie, then close to the end.

In Thin Air - S8-E5

Continuity mistake: When Harm goes up with Lt. Albrecht as his RIO, they are shown flying 4 different aircraft - Tomcats 103, 104, 114, 242. This is what happens when stock footage is used.

All Ye Faithful - S8-E11

Continuity mistake: The hull number on the flight deck "74" didn't match the hull number on the sailors caps. "74" is the hull number of the Nimitz class carrier USS John C. Stennis.

Empty Quiver - S8-E17

Continuity mistake: When Rabb lands at Norfolk the number of the chopper is 426, there he meets Commander Turner who says that he takes the same chopper as transport to the submarine. The Sea Knight is the last transport to leave the base before lock-down. When the same chopper approaches the USS Crawford it suddenly has the number 62.

Empty Quiver - S8-E17

Continuity mistake: When the armored car with the money arrives, the scene starts with the time 10:32 typed on the screen. It is full daylight and shadows are short, so this is consistent with the printed time. When the next armored car arrives empty, it is supposed to be one hour later, but it is pitch dark. The characters say that the first truck came at 17:00 hours (which would be 5:00 p.m.) and the truck before them was scheduled for 18:00 hours.

Ice Queen (1) - S8-E20

Continuity mistake: When Ducky is performing the autopsy on Lt. Singer, Vivian dabs a vapor neutralizer under her nose, screws the top back on, and puts it in her pocket. In the following wide shot, she screws the lid on again and puts it in her pocket a second time. (00:15:35)

A Tangled Webb (3) - S8-E24

Continuity mistake: As Harm & Mac are taking off, Mac reminds Harm how much she hates flying, especially since the last time they went up, they crashed & she was stabbed in the leg ("Full Engagement"). In that episode though, Mac is shot, not stabbed. The comment is also in error as the last time the two went flying was when they flew a MIG-29 & ejected after being fired upon in "To Russia With Love".

Touchdown - S9-E5

Continuity mistake: When they try to land the C130 on the aircraft carrier, the co-pilot says that they don't have the right landing gear down, so she goes to the back to instruct one of the passengers how to lower the gear manually. The problem is that they lower the left gear, which was already down.

The Boast - S9-E9

Washington Holiday - S2-E9

Factual error: In the whole episode, Romania is depicted as a monarchy with the king in a position that allows him to make political decisions. However, Romania ceased to be a monarchy in 1947. By the time depicted in the episode (circa 1997), Romania was a republic and its head of state was the president. Members of the ex-royal family did not hold any positions in the Romanian government and were certainly not authorized to represent Romania in international events.

Ice Queen (1) - S8-E20

Dr. Donald Mallard: You sure you won't have dinner with me tonight, Viv?
Special Agent Vivian Blackadder: Oh, Ducky, you're disgusting!
Dr. Donald Mallard: The pursuit of sex is an affirmation of life, Vivian. That's why older men are so lascivious.
Special Agent Vivian Blackadder: I'm talking about your lack of respect for the dead.
Dr. Donald Mallard: I have the utmost respect for the dead.
Special Agent Vivian Blackadder: Well, that's obvious from the way you speak to them.
Dr. Donald Mallard: If you were dead, wouldn't it be nice if you were spoken to, rather than about?
