Chosen answer: It's a play on words. Instead of eggs Benedict, he says Megs Benedict.

Ssiscool

Answer: It's because the sauce Carter drinks is the same sauce they put on eggs Benedict, so when he puked on her she was covered in the sauce.

Bishop73

Answer: He's insisting that he joins in on Peter and Lois having sex. Usually sex between three people would be called a "three way", but since Stewie is only a baby and hasn't fully grown up yet, he would only be a quarter of a person, which would equal up to two and a quarter people.

Casual Person

Answer: It was mainly done to intimidate Stewie and show Stewie how crazy he is and how tough he is. There's a similar scene from "Lethal Weapon" where Mr. Joshua puts his arm over a guy's lighter to intimidate him and show how he's impervious to pain.

Baby Not On Board - S7-E4

Plot hole: Stewie gets out of the car seat and goes back to bed, leaving the blanket at the bottom of the seat. When they get to New York, Lois goes to get him out and realises he's gone. But when they started the trip the blanket was covering the entire seat to make it look like Stewie was still in it. So who ever "covered" him up knew he wasn't in the seat before they set off.
