Boys Do Cry - S5-E15
Continuity mistake: When Jake plays the piano the music on the sheet changes. Notice the big gap on the sheet which gets smaller. I know the sheet is changed, but the gap still changes.
Continuity mistake: Peter says "Oh crap" as soon as he realises Ernie the Giant Chicken is looking at him in the window. When the camera pans over to Ernie, he is standing an inch away from the glass. It then cuts to a wide angle where Ernie jumps through the window, and he has instantly moved back a few inches. (00:07:00)
Continuity mistake: At the start of Peter's fight with the Big Chicken, Peter is slammed into the wall, which cracks. After Peter gets up, the wall behind him is perfectly fine again. (00:07:05)
Continuity mistake: When the family goes to Morning Wood Academy, the sign in the front says No Irish and Irish OK underneath that. The next time we see the sign, those words are replaced with the date the academy was founded.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode Chris is taking his suitcase upstairs. He walks in front the couch where everyone is sitting and heads towards the stairs. Next shot shows him walking behind the couch as if he entered the front door and walked behind the couch and over to the stairs.

Continuity mistake: In the restaurant scene during the chicken fight, after Peter says "oh yeah? What are ya gonna do about it?" the chicken already has a black eye just before they begin fighting.
Continuity mistake: In the flashbacks to 1984, Peter and Lois are both 18, but in a previous episode, Lois says that she's two years younger than Peter.
Continuity mistake: When Peter goes back in time the first time, we see him and Cleveland slapping hands around the pool, we see that the pool is significantly shorter than in the scene where we first see Lois.
Other mistake: Peter goes back in time and sees Lois at age 18. Death says everyone will see Peter as being 18 too. Problem: Lois and Peter aren't the same age. In later episodes, Lois reveals she's 2 years older than Peter so Peter should be 16 when he meets Lois.
Factual error: When Peter is sent back to 1984, he plans to see Zapped! in the theater with Lois; Zapped! was released in 1982, and was no longer in theaters by 1984.

Blue Harvest - S6-E1
Other mistake: In the scene where the Millennium Falcon has just left the death star after Obi-Wan has been killed, there are two shots of the ship flying away through space. In the second shot, the cockpit is missing. (00:33:35)

Blue Harvest - S6-E1
Continuity mistake: After Vader (Stewie) kills Obi-Wan, Luke yells out and then the shot shows storm troopers firing at him with Vader in the background. Vader's lightsaber is blue, when it should be red. It is red in the previous and next shots. (00:34:00)
Blue Harvest - S6-E1
Continuity mistake: When Obi-wan (Hebert) stars singing, Luke (Chris) is holding his stormtrooper helmet. About a quarter into the song, there is no sign of the helmet Luke was holding.
Continuity mistake: The bullet holes in Lois keep changing place between shots. This also happens during the flashback in the courtroom.
Factual error: As soon as Lois and Peter board the ship it starts moving. This does not happen in reality.
Continuity mistake: The scene where Lois is on the boat and Stewie is shooting her, the bullets are going through her body and out her back and in some shots you can see exit wounds on her back but in other shots they're missing.
Continuity mistake: Stewie puts the gun and pictures in a bag and throws them in the trash can to get rid of the evidence. When Joe takes the lid off, he just reaches in like Stewie had put them in there separately and not in a bag.
Continuity mistake: Stewie forces Lois to breastfeed him, and she undoes her shirt. As Brian and Lois argue about who is going to test her milk, Cleveland barges in and is shot. When Lois jumps up, her shirt is buttoned again, with no time for her to do it.
Factual error: If one of a person's parents is an American citizen, that person has citizenship no matter where they are born. Since Thelma was a U.S. citizen, that makes Peter a citizen of the U.S. Also, were there no tax records for Peter since he had been married to Lois?
Answer: Lacey Chabert was the actress who originally voiced Meg in early episodes. She left of her own accord due to being in school and other acting work; Seth MacFarlane has stated there was no tension with her leaving, but it makes for a handy joke for the show.
