Morality Bites - S2-E2

Plot hole: The return spell for travelling back through time is supposed to have been erased from the Book of Shadows in the future, however it is visible when Prue is turning the pages of the book and talking about the new spells. (00:24:20 - 00:27:10)

Morality Bites - S2-E2

Plot hole: When Prue and Piper open the Book of Shadows and discover that their future selves have used the spell to move forward in time, how can this be possible? If the spell can only be used once, didn't the sisters in 1998 use it?

Pardon My Past - S2-E14

Plot hole: According to the family tree viewed in this episode, Penny "Grams" Halliwell was born on 6/23/1937, and her daughter Patty, the Charmed Ones' mother, was born on 4/5/1950. In addition, Patty's father was born in 1930. So, according to this, Penny gave birth to her daughter at age 12, while married to a 20 year old man. That's quite outlandish, to say the least. Pardon My Past - S2-E14

Plot hole: It is stated Leo is born on May 6th, 1924. Yet he was in his 20's as Piper's ex-lover in his past life around 1924. It also stated that that is when he died and became a whitelighter but the war wasn't until 1942. He died shortly after that meaning he didn't become a whitelighter until after 1942.

Be Careful What You Witch For - S2-E22

Plot hole: When teenage Prue has run away with the demon, and Phoebe and Piper find her in the park, teenage Prue is 'killed'. Her sisters drive her home to get Leo to heal her, but shouldn't they have just been able to call to Leo to orb to them when Prue was first hurt, and heal her in the park, and save driving back to the Manor, risking Prue dying?

Suggested correction: I see orbing to the park but he didn't heal her, she was already dead and he can't heal the dead, that's why the genie brought her back - that's what Phoebe wished for.

But if they would have called for him right away - he would have been able to heal her before she died. However at this point in time I don't think they knew how to call for him.

Yes, they did know how to call him. At least Phoebe did, because when Piper got sick in the hospital from the disease she inherited from the illegal fruit, Prue and Phoebe screamed out Leo's name until he appeared in the attic.

They did, they first tried it in the episode when Piper was sick with an exotic disease and dying in the hospital.

It bothers me that they never used it again until Season 4. When Prue was held by Abby, Leo could have helped if she called, and so many other times... so annoying.

Answer: That was a mistake in the series.

Also, the episode is called 'Babies First Demon' and this alone tells us that it's Wyatt's first time in the field (so to speak) and as the sisters say, they've done a good job of clearing up their own magical messes so far. Nobody really knows how advanced Wyatt's powers are, or will become. That's why the cleaners appear, to nip things in the bud. The Cleaners didn't want to chance that the sisters could clean Wyatt's magic up, just incase they couldn't. Therefore intervening themselves, just in case.

Chosen answer: When the cleaners first surface in season 6 it is mentioned that usually the girls have been able to clean up their own messes (as seen in season 3 episode 22 when Phoebe turns back time thus concluding in the death of Prue).

Answer: Because they wanted them to fix their own mistakes.
