Other mistake: At the end, it shows the Charmed Ones orbing out of the trial, but Chris and Leo never leave. Right after the Charmed Ones orb out, Barbas begins discussing his evil plans with Gideon, so wouldn't Leo and Chris find out that Gideon is plotting against them? After they talk, the camera pans out and Chris and Leo are not there. I guess they just forgot to put in the scene where they leave.

Continuity mistake: When Phoebe is lying on the ground and is supposed to be unconscious, when Cole goes to pick her up you can see Phoebe throw her arms around his neck. (00:29:15)
Question: In the opening credits, Holly Combs is credited with "and Holly Marie Combs as 'Piper'". Why was she credited with her character's name, when none of the other three lead actresses were?
Answer: She became a producer.
Incorrect. Her billing changed in season 4 but she didn't become a producer until season 5.
