Continuity mistake: Clint, Frasier, and Roz are in Cafe Nervosa and Clint is holding is coffee cup and speaking French. In the next shot the coffee is on the table and his hands are on his knee.
Visible crew/equipment: When Frasier is getting ready to leave his booth while Bulldog starts his show, through the door on the left we can see a fairly thick white cable suspended in the air. It is visible for a couple of shots, but when Frasier opens the door to leave, it is gone.
Continuity mistake: When Frasier, Marty, and Niles are having drinks at the end of the show, Frasier says "I think we have a 3-way tie" and we see Marty holding his drink in his left hand - the shot then switches and it's suddenly in his right hand, with no time for a natural change.

Continuity mistake: While they are in the living room, Niles is telling Frasier about Phyllis, and he has his bottle of water in his left hand but as the shot changes and Frasier says "Oh, good lord", the bottle switches to Niles' right hand.
Where Every Bloke Knows Your Name - S5-E10
Continuity mistake: When Daphne is playing darts with Frasier, he says, "I scored again," and we see her sweater sleeve is pushed up her arm. But when she comes back with, "That's not something we hear very often," the sleeve is completely covering her arm. In the next shot, it's pushed up her arm again. There was no time for the adjustment.
Frasier's Imaginary Friend - S5-E1
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the show, Frasier is on the plane sitting next to a woman who finds out he's only on there because he wants to pursue her. She asks the flight attendant if she could change seats - but the shot before showed that the attendant had completely walked by their seat but when the woman asks her if she can move she has not passed their seat yet.
Frasier Gotta Have It - S5-E19
Continuity mistake: At Caitlin's apartment, Frasier tells her "our relationship - we've never talked about it" - she has her arms around his neck and he is holding one of her hands in both of his - but in the next shot, both of her hands are under his hands.
Continuity mistake: When Frasier is sitting on his couch, talking about his new agent, the white bag containing the video Niles brought over changes position on the table behind him.
Continuity mistake: Early in the show, Frasier, Niles, Daphne and Martin are talking about going to The Ski Lodge. Daphne is holding a laundry basket - the laundry items under her elbow change during the scene.
Frasier Gotta Have It - S5-E19
Continuity mistake: Roz is talking about having a fling - while she takes the notebook, which was open on the coffee table, shuts it under its own weight. She keeps talking and waving her hands around, and in the next shot the notebook is open again, even though she didn't touch it.
Continuity mistake: When Frasier is hosting the Sea-Bee awards and the others are sitting at a table, there is a bucket with a bottle of champagne in front of Roz. It changes position from shot to shot, from being upright to leaning right over to the left.
Continuity mistake: When Frasier's new agent is at his apartment explaining how Frasier could take advantage of the crane incident, the remote on Marty's table rotates about 30 degrees, even though no one touches it.
Ain't Nobody's Business If I Do - S5-E11
Continuity mistake: Frasier and Niles are looking at the report the private detective gave them on Sherry - Niles is holding one sheet apart from the others but as he says "it does bode well for Dad", the papers are all together again, with no real time for this to occur.
Continuity mistake: As Frasier tells Bulldog that he shouldn't feel threatened by Clint, we can see the edge of a clipboard moving on the bottom right screen, where Roz would be. However, in the shot before that, Roz had pretended to punch Bulldog - she had nothing in her hand and wouldn't have had time to pick anything up.
Continuity mistake: When Niles is in his office telling Frasier about Shenkman and Maris, a crumpled tissue moves around to different spots on the desk from shot to shot, although no one touches it.
Continuity mistake: When Frasier is reading from the psychiatric journal that contains Niles' letter, at one point he is holding it in both hands by the front cover - the shot changes and he has one hand on the front cover and one hand on the back cover, without time to switch naturally.
Continuity mistake: When Lilith and Frasier are in the hotel room, Frasier's shoes are on the floor by the chair, neatly arranged. When he says "that's very impressive, Dr. Sternin" and walks away, the shoes are not in the same position anymore.
Continuity mistake: Early in the show, when Frasier comes into the booth and gives Roz a muffin, the note from Bulldog has changed position on her clipboard even though no one goes near it.
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the show, when Frasier and Niles are having drinks, in a close shot of Frasier we see Niles' hand and drink come up to chin level but in the next shot his hand is still at waist level.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the show, when Bulldog throws a cup of coffee in the direction of teh armed man, the cup rolls to the floor, but when the shot shows Bulldog getting up from the floor, the cup is lying on the edge of the counter.
