Continuity mistake: When Grace has the idea to move into Will's apartment, we can see her cup of coffee on the table. Then a little later during their conversation, the cup moves. (00:23:00)
Continuity mistake: When Karen is sorting out her clothes at her work desk, the black sweater hanging over the desk lamp disappears then reappears. (00:26:40)
Continuity mistake: When eating in Will's office, Grace eats salad from a plastic container. Through the scene the salad in the container changes colour, position etc. Also between shots, lettuce appears on Grace's fork. (00:28:05)
Continuity mistake: After Will pours himself a cup of coffee, he places the coffee jug on the sink desktop. In the next shot the jug is visible on the other worktop, beside the gas cooker. (00:35:50)

Continuity mistake: When Grace finally decides to move into Will's apartment near the end, we see Will eating a tub of ice cream. Between shots the ice cream tub lid jumps from being on the table behind Will, to suddenly sitting right in front of him. (00:42:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When Grace asks Will for his advice on where her mirror in her new apartment should go, she goes running to the wall and when she does, the camera pans over and you can see that the wall stops, revealing it to be a set.

Chosen answer: I'm not from New York so I can't speak for them, but in Chicago it has happened before. not very often though but I do recall it happening. I have also seen no tickets sold prior to the show at all, it was just first come first served the night of the show. That is very uncommon though.
