Continuity mistake: When Andy shoots up Chucky, Chucky lands on his knees facing away from Andy. But then he's facing Andy as Andy fires the rest of the bullets into him.
Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the exorcism, Chucks' arms are or are not being held down, depending on the shot.
Continuity mistake: When Chucky bites Father Bryce, as he stands up, the amount of vomit on his forehead changes.
Continuity mistake: When Chucky passes out during the exorcism, Father Bryce gets close to his face and starts whispering; the side Chucky's head is turned towards changes between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Chucky taunts Jake about killing Nadine and Gary, you can briefly see the edges of the prosthetic cut on Jake's face.
Continuity mistake: Right before Chucky quotes "The Exorcist" and tells Devon his mother "sucks cocks in hell", he's being restrained by multiple people. When it punches into the closeup, there's suddenly no hands on him.
Continuity mistake: When Father Bryce approaches Chucky right as the exorcism is about to begin, Devon goes from lighting a candle to walking up the steps between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Father Bryce "suits up" for the exorcism, there's a stylish series of shots where we see him putting on his glasses from three different angles. Except he's looking in a slightly different direction in the last one, revealing it was different takes.
Continuity mistake: When the cashier at the diner recognises Tiffany and asks for a picture, he lifts his cell phone up twice between cuts.
Continuity mistake: During the standoff, when Dr. Mixter says "Do we have a deal?", right before the credits, Lexy is breathing VERY heavily in the background. But when it cuts to a closer shot of her, she's no longer breathing that heavily.
Continuity mistake: When Jake gets angry and slams Good Chucky into the wall after he says "I didn't mean to do it!" at the beginning of the episode, in the first shot Jake is holding Chucky a few feet from the wall. In the next shot he's only a few inches from the wall.
Continuity mistake: When Father Bryce explodes, and it's shown from multiple angles over and over, the way his head flies into the air is different in some of the shots. In some of the shots, it flies straight up several feet into the air, while in other shots, it only shoots about one foot into the air and also shoots forward slightly, revealing multiple different takes were edited together.
Continuity mistake: Before the cops start interviewing them, Jake puts his hand on Lexy in a reassuring manner. It's not on her in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: When Chucky says he's going to kill the kids, "except for that Caroline... I think she's got potential," the way he's holding the chainsaw changes between cuts twice.

Continuity mistake: When Devon opens Jake's gift, as it punches into the close-up, the way he's holding the box changes between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When GG says "You'll wrinkle my dress!", you can hear Tiffany clapping, but can't see her hands. It then cuts to another shot, and suddenly her hands are up and clapping. You should have been able to see them in the previous shot given the angle.
Continuity mistake: When the doctor comes into the room, sees Tiffany and says "Holy shit! You", Tiffany's arms go from uncrossed to crossed between cuts.
