She would take it everywhere and loved to follow the red arrow north. But later, when Hitomi's girlfriend finds the compass among her things, the arrow is black with a white tip.

Continuity mistake: Wanda is spooked by the sight of Pietro transfigured into a corpse. He then asks her if she's okay; Wanda has one hand or both hands in front of her mouth, and they change position between shots too. (00:24:35)
Continuity mistake: One of the 4400 now has an apartment and shows off her new darkroom to a friend. It has a sliding door at the entrance. In a later scene she is in the darkroom and her friend enters. But this time the door is a regular one that swings. In truth, neither of these are typical of a darkroom, as darkrooms have a light lock entry. Either double doors or a U-turn entry to prevent light from getting in.

Continuity mistake: When we're introduced to Oliver, the people walking by behind him appear / disappear / reappear randomly with no continuity whatsoever.
Continuity mistake: It is stated multiple times that forensics reports showed that the Bay Harbor Butcher used ketamine to incapacitate his victims. However, it wasn't ketamine that Dexter used in the original series, but rather M99.

Continuity mistake: Monique is making "tea" for Stephanie. She is stirring the drink and suddenly the glass is way more empty. (00:25:13)
Continuity mistake: Alina is trying to escape both the Crows and General Kirigan's men through the streets of the town of Ryevost. While in an alleyway, she kicks in the door to a building, only to still be outside when she emerges from the other side of the door - when she looks back inside of the door she just emerged from, it leads to the interior of a building, not the alley she just came from.
Continuity mistake: When Father Bryce explodes, and it's shown from multiple angles over and over, the way his head flies into the air is different in some of the shots. In some of the shots, it flies straight up several feet into the air, while in other shots, it only shoots about one foot into the air and also shoots forward slightly, revealing multiple different takes were edited together.
Continuity mistake: When Chrissy and Lois are in the car before going into the meeting, the passenger side window is down, but not all the way. But in the next shot when Chrissy steps out, it's all the way down.
Never Meet Your Heroes - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When the Avengers appear on the catwalk during the musical, Hawkeye is next to Cap but in the next shot he's now next to Hulk and then back by Cap in the following shot.

Continuity mistake: When Mark got into his cell, the top bunk had a vinyl-like covered mattress (or folded gym mat) that had a lengthwise seam along the middle of the side. He was not fixing his bunk bed while he was talking to cellmate Bernard, but when he was removing items from his bag on top of the bunk bed, it was now covered with a blue blanket and a sheet folded down by the pillow could be seen. Continuity mistake: When the trio encounter the law officers from the Wyoming Stock Growers Association, it starts snowing while they're talking to each other. After the gun fight, it's sunny.

Continuity mistake: When Harry first picks up a water balloon and throws it, his hands are now empty. In the next shot, he has a blue water balloon in his hand. When he throws that one, you see it's a pink balloon being thrown.
