Continuity mistake: When Sam is in the bathroom holding up two sample paint chips, in the first shot she's holding up the yellow in her left hand and the blue in her right hand, but in the next shot they've switched and are in the opposite hands, just as Jay arrives with the coffee.
Continuity mistake: Invasion 2021 Season 1 Episode 10 While riding in a car with Hitomi's father, he recalls that she loved a compass she had. She would take it everywhere and loved to follow the red arrow north. But later, when Hitomi's girlfriend finds the compass among her things, the arrow is black with a white tip.

Continuity mistake: The captain of the submarine has the rank of Commander (3 solid stripes) and half-way through episode 4 the captain suddenly has the rank of Captain (4 solid stripes) as shown on his shoulder epaulettes.

Continuity mistake: Wanda is spooked by the sight of Pietro transfigured into a corpse. He then asks her if she's okay; Wanda has one hand or both hands in front of her mouth, and they change position between shots too. (00:24:35)
Continuity mistake: One of the 4400 now has an apartment and shows off her new darkroom to a friend. It has a sliding door at the entrance. In a later scene she is in the darkroom and her friend enters. But this time the door is a regular one that swings. In truth, neither of these are typical of a darkroom, as darkrooms have a light lock entry. Either double doors or a U-turn entry to prevent light from getting in.
Continuity mistake: When Chrissy and Lois are in the car before going into the meeting, the passenger side window is down, but not all the way. But in the next shot when Chrissy steps out, it's all the way down.
Continuity mistake: After Loki time jumps back to the interview room he drops the tesseract on floor. When he gets up it's not there or on the table. (00:36:53)
Continuity mistake: When the trio encounter the law officers from the Wyoming Stock Growers Association, it starts snowing while they're talking to each other. After the gun fight, it's sunny.

Continuity mistake: When Harry first picks up a water balloon and throws it, his hands are now empty. In the next shot, he has a blue water balloon in his hand. When he throws that one, you see it's a pink balloon being thrown.
Planes, Trains, and Automobiles - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: S2/E1 Planes, Trains, and Automobiles: Ashley smoked her cigarette down to the filter with no white cigarette showing but in the next frame there's white cigarette showing. (00:11:23)
Stego Search - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: Four people (a guy in a pink shirt, a girl in an orange dress, a guy in a blue shirt, and a girl in a denim skirt) stand up from a picnic blanket to go listen to a guitar player. However, in the next shot, the girl in the denim skirt and the guy in the blue shirt are replaced by a girl in a black dress and a guy in a green shirt, and they are never seen again.
Continuity mistake: When the boys are playing at Norman's father's apartment, we see a ball hit a lamp to the left of the sofa, denting the lampshade. We see the lamp fall and hear it shatter. Later we see the intact lamp back on the table.
Continuity mistake: When Jake's dad sets down the bottle of liquor in the close-up shot after the talent show, the bottle is quite full, with the liquor level being right under the little insignia on the bottle. When it cuts to the wide shot, suddenly there's less liquor in the bottle, with the liquid being about 2-3" below the insignia.

Continuity mistake: Stabler is patted down by a NYPD Officer and the officer is shown slipping something into Stabler's left front pants pocket. After the officer departs Stabler pulls a paper out of his front right pants pocket. (00:15:52 - 00:16:30)
