Continuity mistake: When Lexy is about to start the dishwasher, Michelle's left hand goes from up by her chest to down by her side between cuts.
Continuity mistake: During the dinner scene, right after Jake's phone goes off, as Logan says "In a week or two we're gonna have you back out there runnin'!", his fork flips 180 degrees in his hand.
Continuity mistake: When Lexy is beating up the Tommy doll, when she throws it on the floor and starts slamming it, Nathan's hands appear on his knees between cuts when it cuts to the high-angle shot. In-between those same two shots, Lexy and Chucky also rotate about 45 degrees towards Nathan.
Continuity mistake: As Lexy approaches Caroline after she gets the Tommy doll, her hand goes from clenched in a fist to open between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Nathan gives Caroline the Tommy doll, the way she hugs it changes between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When the kids are spraying themselves in the basement to disinfect themselves, Lexy goes from facing down to facing up between cuts.
Continuity mistake: Right before Jake says "Hey guys, I got an idea!" in the hospital basement, Lexy's hands go from on, to off, to back on the dumpster between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When the kids are looking at the dumpster in the hospital basement, when Devon says something about waiting for Chucky to come to him, Lexy's fingers go from being balled up to extended between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Lexy's dad says, "Your mother and I know you want what's best for Caroline," at the beginning of the episode, Lexy goes from looking at her mom to looking at him between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Mayor Cross comes in to see Caroline right after the title sequence, Caroline's finger keeps going on and off her pad instantly between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Caroline sees Chucky and screams at the beginning of the episode, she goes from having her head down on the pillow to sort of leaning up between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Caroline wakes up at the beginning of the episode, her hands go from apart to together when Nathan runs up to her.
Just Let Go - S1-E4
Audio problem: When Devon's mom is interrogating Jake, when Jake says "And then we'll be done?", his mouth movements don't match the words in the slightest. (It looks more like he's saying "I don't know.").
Just Let Go - S1-E4
Revealing mistake: When Lexy falls through the railing, there's a few shots where you can tell she's been replaced by a (probably adult) stunt double. She suddenly seems quite a bit taller, and noticeably has more muscle tone in her legs.
Just Let Go - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Lexy falls through the railing, the amount of debris falling and the size of it changes between shots.
Just Let Go - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Lexy asks if Jake really wanted her to die, her flashlight goes from pointed down to pointed up towards Jake, then back down again between cuts. This mistake repeats several times throughout this sequence.
Just Let Go - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Jake and Lexy are exploring the burned-down house, at one point, Jake turns about 180 degrees instantly between shots. (It's shortly after they go into the room that's incredibly damaged and Lexy says "Oh my god.").
Just Let Go - S1-E4
Revealing mistake: During the flashback, when Charles shows the kids the body of the janitor, in the first close-up of the Janitor's face, you can see a pulse in his neck. (The next time you see his neck, you can also see a slight pulse, albeit, it's much, MUCH subtler in this shot.)
Just Let Go - S1-E4
Deliberate mistake: When Devon does an internet search for Chucky, pictures of Tiffany and Nica pop up. But they're still-shots from "Bride of Chucky" and "Cult of Chucky." It makes no sense that they'd be in an internet search - nobody could have taken those photos.
Just Let Go - S1-E4
Other mistake: When Jake and Lexy depart the hospital, she's wearing a blue shirt and pants. When they get to her house, she's suddenly wearing a white shirt, denim jacket, and a skirt. But the indication is that they went directly to her house from the hospital, so where'd she get the change of clothes from?
Answer: They were blamed for the death of Jake's foster brother, which was deemed a terrible accident, and they were sent to the reform school as a punishment. Presumably, when they had to leave the reform school given what happened, they were instead given community service as punishment.
